This is a lovely place to get an MRI.  The office is well-run, appointments are easy and quick to make, and the staff is very professional and friendly.  The waiting area is tasteful and comfortable, but you don't have to spend much time there.  The rest of the facility - including the bathroom! - is bright and cheerful.  Staff takes the time to explain what is going on, and they are gentle and patient.  The technician who delivered my contrast I had a brain and spine scan with and without contrast was excellent - no discomfort! The technician performing the scan asked if I wanted ear plugs yes! and they even had soothing music to play if you wanted it, which I did from speakers in the machine which is a great distraction from the tapping sound that goes with an MRI. I can't say enough about this place - the only thing I can imagine that would make it better is to serve cold cucumber lemon water in the waiting area, and then I'd think I was at a spa :

all around horrible customer service, horrible customer relations, from rep all the way to ownership,  I didn't quite understand the process, I was able to be properly helped and walked through the process in a patient and respectful manner with another facility.   So no I didn't have to call my attorney, I just needed a facility that was actually in it to help me out, rather then tell me "pay out of pocket" .  I got all it figured out and the insurance company was billed properly.  Approach is everything,  I would not recommend this location.

My husband went here just yesterday after a terrible experience at another MRI place The staff was wonderful they took their time and explained everything they were going to do. Also asked about history of family members and they let family member go in with you As far as we our concerned we couldn't have been treated any nicer and respectful We both highly  recommend this place  Thank you again for making our experience very relaxing

Was there on 10/7/2017 the two woman that worked there on that day could not have been any friendlier, check in was simple at the front desk and the woman that did the imaging made me feel right at home and comfortable the whole time, as far as I am concerned their employer should give them a raise.

I had an appointment for today and arrived to find the door locked.   I was told by the person who answers the appointment line that they've gone out of business and that they chose not to alert any of the people who have scheduled appointments.

First MRI experience - was about as good as can be expected.

The warmth caring care from the employees.
