Slowest turn around time ever!!! If you want anything from this store that isn’t already simply hanging on their racks which is very limited to what is NOT required by the school, order it MONTHS ahead of time! I ordered a simple PE T-shirt and they assured me it would be available in three days after school had already started…try TWO WEEKS!!! The inside staff is helpful, but their fulfillment process is the worst! The staff has no ability to look up orders. They dig through plastic bins and bags hopeful to find your order. Can’t place orders or provide receipts. They tell you to hope for the best and a phone call for preorders. On top of it all the quality is subpar. NEVER had issues like this with Education Outfitters! UPDATE: If you place a negative review, the owner will call personally to berate you!
The absolute WORST uniform providers in our area. I wish schools would stop using them. I placed my order by their cutoff date for school start date back on July 16th and I’m still waiting on 3 shirts!!!!! I have received 1 shirt, ordered 4 shirts + 1 dress. Received 1 shirt the day before school started and was promised the other 3 shirts are on the way and arriving on August 11th, and the dress August 30TH. It is now September 5th and I still don’t have the shirts, and after emailing them, I got a call the dress is ready today. But shirts won’t be in until “mid September”. What is the point of having a school start date deadline when you can’t deliver the promise?! Extremely frustrating! Also, trying to call and check on your order is impossible! Nobody knows anything in that store, can’t help you look anything up. All you can do is leave a message or send an email and hope someone gets back to you. This has been the worst experience I ever had with a business that’s supposed to provide SCHOOL REQUIRED UNIFORMS!!!!!!! But, none of this matters to anybody at Mascot Universe, that’s the saddest part of it all. All they can tell you is they can cancel your order and refund you your money. That’s not a solution when uniforms are required by the school. The solution they decided to go with is be spiteful, hold my order hostage, cancel my order even though I specifically stated I would wait for it to come in, and not allow us to pick up the 1 item they did have in stock. After speaking to them on the phone, and a “manager” who misrepresented himself as the owner “Stacee”, telling me all kinds of things. Rude, degrading, disrespectful, and just plain out gross behavior by someone that works with our local schools and is part of our community. I am happy to never have to deal with this organization again and instead support a local mom that does the embroidery happily out of her home. I’d you need anything for your school embroidery, skip this disgusting place and go to ABC teez embroidery instead! You won’t be disappointed.
AWFUL QUALITY - Shirts get pulls and when asked to exchange 2, YES just 2 they refused to do anything in GOOD WILL! Boy oh Boy, lots to make your customer want to come back. VERY unprofessional customer service, after spending $750 + spend with Mascot in the last few school years.
Our school PTSA ordered shirts through Mascot Universe. We ordered from their website 2 green tees, 1 green hoodie and one black tee with the school logo on September 9th. The products were delivered to my daughter at school Oct 27th. The green is so dark you can not see any of the black print on the tee shirt, especially indoors. The color green is not even remotely close to our school colors. They told me that the PTSA was provided a sample and approved it. Because of this I would not receive a replacement or refund. I contacted the PTSA and they confirmed they were only sent digital images and that they did not look like what I received. As a seamstress who sews custom clothing, I would never send out product like this. The product you send out is a reflection of you and your business. Part of being professional is advising customers when colors won't work together or if you are unable to source the proper color shirts. We will not return and do not recommend. There are too many other wonderful screen printers close buy who take pride in their work, have a quicker turn around and much better customer service!

Really BAD service. I was waiting 4 weeks to pick up my order and when I went to get my stuff they mess up my items and colors. I had to wait additional 4 weeks to correct the order and they were unable to give me any discount for the delay! I didn't pick wrong color, you offer me this color in the store. If this color is not approved from the school why you are offering it? I just checked the school website - blue color is approved from the school. One more time-realy bad service, and you just confirmed this with your response! Update: I was so upset from this service that few hours later I realized that you guys for the second time give me the wrong color. I ordered RED, the first time you give me black, and today is Blue. Comon guys how to explain to my kid that she still doesn't have her school red hoodie because you messed up the order again!
I placed an order back in October for a few uniforms for my kids and it’s been like 4 months and still no word of them every time I call and ask they say they will call me back and I’ve been expecting a call for weeks and never got one
I have been a customer for years and so disappointed after I put an order online for a school jacket. I have called 2x to follow up on the status of my order and was told it will take another week or so due to the embroidery. I did not ask for anything personalized on the jacket other than the basic school logo. After a month later I called again for the third time I put on hold several times and finally was told they had the jacket at their store for about 2 and a half weeks already and nobody bothered to call me! I was told they left me a message but I checked again nothing in my voicemail! The last time I called the jacket must have been sitting at the store and the employee did not even check!!! This is not acceptable! Such a bad customer service!!! I understand if it is the beginning of the school year when they are extremely busy but totally unacceptable!!!! Need to get your acts straight.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered my daughter's uniforms over a week ago, and I was assured top to bottom that I will have her uniforms BEFORE the school starts. Yesterday I called, after no one called me, to find out the status of the order, and was told that only one shirt arrived!? They told me they'll call me back when they find the rest of her order. No one ever called me back. Today, I called again to find out where are the uniforms I ALREADY PAID for were, and I'm told that they won't be here until Thursday, if that. Some story about orders being shipped from some other warehouse. Guess what: as a business, and a business making uniforms for schools which don't delay their starts thanks to some "warehouse delay", you should have been more proactive and not tell your customers TS. You should also NOT CHARGE us for uniforms you cannot deliver. You shouldn't have taken my order if you knew this might happen. This was beyond unprofessional. Also, your lack of staff is not my problem. Quit pocketing all the profits and hire more people especially since school is starting and children NEED their uniforms. My daughter will NOT have another 1st day in middle school again. Now, she has no uniform to go to school with because we already went to JC Penney, Target and Walmart looking for a black polo for girls and found none. Very disappointing experience. Will never shop here again.
