I don't know WHY the reviews for this location are low! I had a great customer experience. Stopped in to send a fax to government agency; I was greeted by BOTH the associate on duty and the Manager in a very friendly manner. I was given a fax sheet as both were assisting other customers. When completed, my fax was submitted & I was given a confirmation sheet that the associate felt was "a little light" on the ink and he asked immediately if I needed it reprinted. In my humble opinion, that is great customer service. The store was spotless; stocked with pens, stapler, tape, eyccc. Card selection was plentiful... what else does the customer need? I highly recommend this location for all UPS shipping and any office needs.

Bad customer service, the young man who was work over there like we owned him money, everything you asked he will say ask my manager but he is not here ! How can you not know a simple question if you are a Store Clark? Will never go back. And whoever is the owner I feel bad for you! Understand the employees shortage but, that man shouldn’t be hired

Donna is a drunk customer who is never happy. I’ve been in the store Sending a fax when she was there. Completely rude to the store clerk all because he wanted a 2nd opinion.
I thought this business was reputable, but after my experience last month I won't be using it again. First, let me say I ordinarily don't complain on social media and although Mary and her staff apologized the only party that wasn't terribly inconvenienced was the store and staff. I mailed a 13 lb box, they sent it to the wrong location and my sister received a watch that was rather expensive instead. I notified the store which then required my sister to bring her baby out to her local ups store because they couldn't get a truck out to pick it up. Meanwhile they located my package and rather than overnight it, they sent it ground; it arrived 6 days late. I was assured a shipping refund and never heard back. I'm not asking for free service I was asking for trustworthy service. What the business and the watch owner doesn't realize is we saved you well over 1k and your reputation by doing all the leg work. We fixed your major screw up. In the end the honest folks lost. Choose US postal service, drive a little farther they've never let me down.
I dropped two packages off on May 15. By May 30th the recipient reported no receipt. I checked UPS status and it showed that the packages had been shipped on May 15 but no further information. I returned to the store and the man told me quite firmly that "no package remains here for more than two days". He told me to call UPS which had no more information to give and suggested I go back to the UPS store because that was the last location for the packages. The man at the UPS store was absolutely no help at all because as he said the packages were not there.
On March 29 @3pm I dropped off an Amazon return per their instructions. The employee scanned my QR CODE, accepted the unboxed item and gave me a receipt. On April 12th Amazon is not showing the item returned. There is zippo tracking information. After speaking to John, the manager, I was informed that the store collects the returns and then sends the bulk returns sometime after they are left. Not neccesarily on the day you dropped it off. And although you are handed a receipt, once the item goes in the bulk box there is NO WAY to track your return. I wish I had known that little fun fact because I may have contacted Amazon for a different method of processing my return. Store should make you aware of this. Luckily, Amazon is giving me a credit even though they have not received the item I returned 2 weeks ago!
Horrible customer service. The guy yelled at my 2 and 4 year olds. The person checking me out with patronizing condescending and incredibly impatient, tapping his fingers and then getting insulted when I asked to verify which packages I had. I had 5 pairs of, like kind jeans, and 5 labels 2 of which were different than the other 3 I was having a difficult time getting everything together and asking for help and his response was we are not Amazon ma'am. The older guy with the glasses yelled at my children as they were playing with the rotating gift card stand and caused me to be even more stressed out, he should have said something to me. So I had to stop what I was doing go and pick up the 5 Greeting cards on the floor and then go back to the already impatient, patronizing, person. I've never felt more uncomfortable and more unwelcome. There were 2 people in line behind me, They acted as if I was holding up a mile long line topping fingers impatient, not allowing me to look at my packages to make sure I have the right labels on them, if I wanted to re look at them and verify that's my prerogative. Going in there already frustrated because my printer at home broke, I've never done a return for Amazon through the UPS store, without my own printed labels on them, was questioning how this process worked. I was spoken to, like I was a complete and utter moron. My patience level had already been shot, because, a complete stranger yelled at my kids, about cleaning up after themselves. Anybody with any sense of common sense, would know not to yell at somebody else's children and to speak to the parents. If it was that big of a deal, with greeting cards on the floor , he should have come over and quietly said ma'am your children are pulling all the cards out, I just wanted to let you know in case you hadn't noticed. That would have been the proper thing to do, since I had not noticed. I'm just absolutely furious, I left there shaking. I will never come back to the store ever!!! I don't care if I have to drive 10 miles out of my way, customer service is everything and you just lost a customer. Not Kid or family friendly not helpful in any way shape or form, as if they hate their jobs and we should pity them, for having to work for whatever they make behind a desk. Shame on you for yelling at my children!! Your lucky we were in a public setting, mr. Shame on you.
Joe did a awesome job serving over 9 customers in 20min. Owner need to give him a raise.
