Seen by provider in a timely manner. Wait time was less than expected. Gynecologist was very helpful and provided resources to me that pertained to my problem. She assured that I had the needed orders for my yearly mammogram and MRI. She also renewed my medications prior to leaving the office. She is very approachable and is a great listener. Excellent customer service.
New patient from California and have been trying to schedule an appointment with the doctor here now that I moved and live super close to it. Been trying to schedule for almost a month and come to find out weeks later that my registration forms aren’t in the system…. The staff here has incredibly horrible communication when it comes to scheduling appointments. These ladies seem to only wanna be on the phone no longer than 3 mins, they say the same thing “someone’s gonna call you.” Really bad choice of staff. Please reconsider
Dr. Santos is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned whenever I visit. My whole family has been seeing him for years. Highly recommend.
Dr Santos is great. But the staff doesn’t follow up. Even getting a prescription refill has been a chore.
The service I receive from Dr. Guillermo Santos is excellent. He is very attentive and thoroughly informs me about my health and care. He genuinely cares and treats his patients as if they were part of his family. His medical staff is also very friendly and they always make it a point to address any concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Santos and his practice.
I went to the practice to establish my obgyn care with Dr. Roselyn Bonilla. First, the care I received by Dr. Bonilla and her staff was beyond excellent and I am very grateful to have found her. She took the time to listen and talked to me to make sure I understood the plan. She truly cares about patients, takes the time to listen, and is thorough with her assessment and plan. She has been the best provider I have had. She truly provides outstanding care, you are not a metric or just another patient on her schedule. As we know, our healthcare system is not perfect and it leads most providers to rush and barely listen/spend time with you. However, Dr. Bonilla, takes the time and genuinely cares about her patients. She has been the only provider able to figure out what was going on with me after years of seeing other providers, she listened and provided evidence based care. Second, the staff is great, thorough, professional. they take you in at your appt time. I took time off from work to step out for the appt and was back on time as planned. I was worried because as we know most clinics in Miami take forever. Third, prompt followup to discuss lab results and plan. Lastly, technology, their app/portal to view your records/lab results. Over exceeded my expectations. Great experience. This is how healthcare should be. The absolute best. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Santos for my annual check up. He was very thorough, took his time and answered all my questions. He made me feel like family. I was very comfortable. The office was clean and had hand sanitizer available. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bonilla is so great! After having so many bad experiences with other gynecologists I looked far and wide into finding a doctor that will truly listen to me and my concerns. She did just that and she is so funny and helpful, I truly feel like I found a doctor I’m going to stick with. Even her physicians assistant was great and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. I already recommended them to my mother and my best friend!
I have been a patient of Medical Associates of South Florida since I was 17! I am now 27! I have been going there and only there for 10 years! Dr. Bonilla is the sweetest, very caring and gentle. She has always made me feel very comfortable. She has always been very detailed oriented. Always willing to answer every single question and even answers questions I hadn’t ask but would’ve asked. Dr. Santos is great! He always has great advice on how to become healthy and how to stay healthy! He follows up with what he has recommended from previous visits. I moved farther away from where they are located but I will continue to visit their office! Highly recommend them! Don’t bother looking for better healthcare providers because they are it!
