I drive an extra 30 mins to go to this location because each and every one of the massage therapists are kind and detailed. Everyone is professional and truly caring. They understand my specific needs and have gone above and beyond my expectations. I leave here feeling fantastic. I have EDS and Seizures. Gotta hand it to all the staff, you all make my life easier. Also thanks Amber, today was definitely a learning experience and I’m excited to come back!
Lauren and Karen are great! Karen - My favorite She gets to the spots that you've been begging someone to get to! After my 2nd massage with her this week, yes shes that good, I've come to believe she may have some super power lol ...honestly by far the best massage therapist I have EVER had and I don't even live in Florida. Down here for business, have the membership and its cheaper here than my home state so why not 2? She truly knows the art of a great massage! Her deep pressure is AMAZING! Lauren uses perfect pressure without pain and effectively gets knots out! tells you to let her know what you like. Recommend her if you dont enjoy super deep.
I have been paying for 2 yrs and they can’t get me in. Told me to go to another location that is out of my way. Refuse refunding my money! All they want is your money don’t care about your well being!
I’ve been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience! Ashley was my last therapist and I will be back to see her again!! Very thorough job working through all my sore areas, perfect pressure, very experienced and professional! She did a great job explaining my treatment and options for the future. Because of her I am considering a membership. The front desk girls were kind, sweet and professional as well. Both greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions I had about membership. 10/10 recommend
Let's get this straight, I have been paying for my sessions monthly and everytime I call to get an appointment they are booked out unless it is avg 9pm at night or Sunday because Massage Envy does not have enough staffing to fulfill their contracts. The sessions were building up so I asked for gift cards so I can close the account and they said NO. But I can give them $20 a month MORE of my hard earned dollars with nothing in return just to put the account on hold so I won't lose the sessions I already paid for! Spread the word, I am.
Ownership has changed. Be aware. Good massage therapist have gone somewhere else.
Very nice staff and great therapists. I like a firm / deep massage and recommend Ashley, JB, Mary or Philip. I have been a Massage Envy member for over a decade and the franchise is very customer service oriented and there to help you.
I recently signed a contract and prepaid for a year at the Largo location gift card promo. Called to book a massage and was told that they’re booked for the next 30 days. They said they are a busy location & I’m welcome to go to a different tampa bay location. Why would I drive to Tampa or St Pete when I lived in Belleair/Largo? I signed a contract as I need regular massages due to a car accident. I also purchased two gift certificates that I gave as mother day gifts to my daughters-in-law‘s. They should be honest with people when promote their contract and tell them that they are shorthanded and cannot accommodate new customers right now! I want my money back & a refund for my gift certificates!

Tried to make an appointment online multiple times at multiple locations and their software must be bugged cus literally nothing anywhere at anytime was ever available. I called and made appointments for my husband and myself for a week out, and then we were called the day of and told our massage therapist wouldn't be in and our appointments were cancelled.
