Excellent service!!!  Dave Hunter and Matt Glass are professional and get the job done! We brought our pool cleaner in to this location after a disappointing situation at another location and was blown away by the stellar customer service, attention to detail and knowledgeable skills. The willingness to help by both Dave and Matt are  commendable.  Highly recommend this Pinch-a-penny location!
You have a sign on your door that you are closed on Thursday and Friday, but what good is it for people that haven’t been here this week? You need to update your Google and website because I looked you up, and it said you are open. I made a special trip here to waste my time and gas, and still have no chlorine.
Excellent service. Not my usual location, both stores are great. You won't get a better deal on liquid chlorine than here.

There was a Older Man there who was turning off lights saying we close in one minute and I felt very rushed so didn’t buy anything don’t like been rush or hurried out a door you should make that person as important as your first customer When it came to testing the water just because your computer is shut down doesn’t mean you can’t test the water and it doesn’t mean you should argue with the customer about everything being shut down and not test the water or not listen to the customer when they are telling you, they have certain things that will do the same job that needs to be done whether it’s your product or not there was a nice man there who was trying to ring me up who would’ve made the sale if it wasn’t for the other guy that’s why they got two stars instead of one

Been coming here for years to purchase pool supplements. No more! They sold us a pool cleaner during a "Special sale" with promised $100 Manufacturer rebate and $50 Store rebate that would supposedly both be honored by the store itself, all we would need to do is buy and register the product. But he gave us wrong forms to fill out for rebates which we did not know at the time and now they refused to honor the promised rebate, despite the fact that I showed him the original instructional papers with adress etc. to register the part for rebate that HE had given us when we bought the item. The manger became quite unfriendly and made it very clear he doesn't care at all, even denying that he gave us these papers, Made us loose USD100.- which was the whole reason he managed convinced us a the time to buy the item at the time, as the regular price was not within our financial budget. Not cool.
Very polite staff greeted right when I walked in the door waited for chlorine less than 5 mins
Very helpful staff. Thought we were doomed. Pool pressure vessel valve blew off, brought the part in, the guy knew exactly what it was, in less than a minute told me part out of stock. No problem, he called a nearby same store, got it in 10 min. Impressed with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Saved the day.
