I think the key to a good massage is finding someone that vibes with you and has the right type of pressure. I have found a couple therapists at this location that are fantastic. I've also had a couple that were just meh. It's kind of hit or miss until you find someone you like, then you can request those therapists. I like the convenience of this location and it seems like during the week you can call with little notice and get in.
I just had Christina for the first time and I was blown away. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and will definitely be asking for her! My husband and I go every month and we love Massage Heights! Highly recommend Christina!
Staff is always so friendly and helpful. If you like deep tissue massage, they have several therapists that do a great job! I love that they have weekend appointments, even Sundays, because I travel during the week so much.
I thought this was an amazing location, where the owners cared about their employees, i was wrong. They only care about their profits, not how there workers are. When you have therapist, that other companies would love to have, maybe you should care more, about those that allow you to live a comfortable life style. the franchise is great, this location and owner should be avoided if your looking for a career. i would never work here.
Great massage and atmosphere. Dusty did an amazing job and I left feeling very relaxed and headache free which was my main problem going in today. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Massage Heights west maple
I had a fantastic experience here!! My boyfriend bought us a couples massage as a gift and they were amazing!! Perfect pressure, extremely relaxing, and concentrated on the areas I asked for. We will definitely be going back!!
Preparing for my Muay Thai fight in a couple weeks and my shoulder was killing me. Came in to get it fixed before the week started and she asked me if I had any areas to focus on...I said front of my shoulder. 30 minutes later she finishes with my back and says the sessions over. I said what about my shoulderonly reason I came in. She says sorry, miscommunication and leaves. Front desk asks how it was, I told them and they just said sorry. No attempt to make it right at all. Also, no small talk or anything before the massage. It was super weird. Wouldn't recommend this place. Crystals message and therapy is my go-to but you have to wait to go there. They are literally always booked! But I guess it's better to wait then get bad service fast.
Dusty was professional and made me feel relaxed at my first massage ever. I came in almost 40 weeks pregnant and uncomfortable and left feeling rejuvenated and fabulous! Thank you Dusty for such a great experience. I will be back!
I had a couple's massage there last night. I appreciated the price and the welcoming front desk gal. Kara and Wes did our massages and they were very nice too. I also like that the place was clean and they had nice spa music playing. The massages were just okay. I don't like to be mean but after the massages my boyfriend and I chatted and both decided we've had better massages elsewhere before. The experience was not anything to write home about. However, when I think about the price of the massages, I guess you get what you pay for. If you decide to go here, I suggest that you do not add "an elevation" for, "just $12" your first vist. It is a waste of money and valueable massage time. I did the foot scrub and regreted it almost immediately. It sucked and wrapping my feet in hot towels was totally anticlimatic and boring to endure. I've had better foot scrub experiences during a pedicure at the airport, which is not saying much. While the experience was nice, we won't be going back.
Horrible. Horrible. I get better back rubs at home. First professional massage I ever got. Nothing what I expected. The massage girl talked to me the whole time. My service was supposed to be an hour. She started 15 minutes late. She stopped the massage to go to the bathroom. She ended the massage early. Total time of massage was about a half hour. I had also added on a foot scrub. She applied a substance. No scrubbing invovled. Total disappointment and waste of time.
