The worse experience that I've ever experienced in an Er & I've been to many! This hospital should be shut down! From the registrar to the nurse & Doctor's services unacceptable! I'll never go there again! Stayed In waiting room 6 hours. Had they not taken my copay right away I would've went back home. Another lady was bleeding all over and started crying because the wait and service was so bad! I contacted the ombudsman to never get a call back! Shut em down! Worse hospital in Cleveland! Makes Cleveland Clinic look very bad!
Ex employee. Security let my mint van get stolen right under their nose. Several stolen vehicles later, they actually started doing their job. I’m still paying for the replacement van in my retirement. Thanks a lot Southpointe for watching them steal a vehicle and not even try to stop them.
Horrible experience I brought my child emergency room to get treated not to get pulled over to the side and asked anything that doesn’t concern her treatment. They are horrible and i will be calling corporate
ER department was filthy. They put me in a room that had blood on the floor, exam paper hadn't been changed, dirt stains on the floor, opened bandaid wrappers on floor. I submitted a complaint but no one reached out to me. If I could 0 star my experience I would.
It is my opinion that their negligence was a facor that played a huge role in the death of one of my family members. I will absolutely NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. If you are considering any kind of surgical procedure here, my opinion would be to look elsewhere.
This ER is past disgusting... They put my 1-year-old son & I in a room that was contaminated with blood. Blood all over the floors & walls... The nurse Stephanie was very rude & didn’t seem to care... she kept saying it was betadine & clearly I know the difference I work in a hospital myself... Every time I come to this ER I have a horrible experience...Changes need to be made... I’ve added the bloody pics on google photos...
My mother went there, found out she had covid... the nurse tells us when she order food it will sit out there and hopefully someone will give it to her being she had covid... she worse now, we just had her transferred..... mfs are going to answer for that
The radiology department in B building have rude staff and need to wait for a lot of time. We were waiting there for more than hour and people behind us are going inside before us. The receptionist is very rude and talking to us rudely because we are brown. We have very good experience with Hillcrest hospital but this radiology department is worst or because of our color they have treated us not sure. Not sure some places they don't honor time if the appointment is at some time we are suppose to go in that time 15 or 20 min I can understand but 1 hr is like they don't care about our time. The receptionist talking to the nurse about us as well when our turn came in. Not sure why they behave like this. They are good with old people but not with us, so no idea. After staying for more than hour and half I think we are the one who are waiting for long time.
This review is for Dr. Michael Cline. I waited approximately 2 months to see this gentleman. On the day of my appointment, someone from his staff called me and said that I HAD to see this other provider, Judith Scheman-Bauman, today. I did not understand what was going on and said that I would speak to Dr. Cline. When I tried to check in for Dr. Cline, they tried to check me in for both appointments for Dr. Cline and Judith. I said that I did not want to sign into the appointment with Judith. When I met with Dr. Cline, I explained that in the past my doctors thought I was crazy, but I actually just had heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic. He said that I had medical PTSD because I have been treated so poorly by the medical community. He said that he wanted me to see Judith because she would look over my file and suggest any testing might have been missed. When I met with Judith, she told me to listen to relaxing songs 4 times per day. She was trying to blame my poor microbiome on being anxious. She never reviewed my file and suggested any tests. She then billed $465 which my insurance denied. Judith even tried to bait me by saying, "I hope this visit was beneficial" because most people would have said yes just to be polite. However, I would not take the bait. I said nothing. Now, Cleveland Clinic is trying to collect $456 from me for services that I never wanted. Dr. Cline knew that I didn't want these services yet he lied to me anyways. He is a fraud. Please, please, please do not be fooled. Do not make an appointment with Judith. Oh, just for the record, I needed another heart surgery. I have absolutely no mental health defect and never needed a mental health appointment. I also have an extremely high proline levels which is an amino acid. It is a genetic defect where my body can't process it. Even if I had 1 million therapy sessions, I was not going to get any better. Dr. Cline should be ashamed of himself!
After waiting over 4 hrs for surgery to be done my son in laws surgery finally happened. I understand there can be delays but the worst part was he could not get pain meds post op in the area due yhe time of night. I dont know why he could not have been ordered and given a couple pain pills to take home until he could find a pharmacy 5tomorrow morning. I am a nurse and worked for the clinic for 30 yrs.
