Helen helped me out when I came back because the shoe size I chose were a size too big. Helped me sort through different turf shoes to see what I liked and was comfortable with. She was patient and I appreciated her help!

Great selection, but the gentleman that works the floor based on how he spoke to the cashier, I can only assume he is the owner as well is the most miserable human being on planet earth. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but customer service was a complete zero. There is a reason why everyone in town is starting to shop at the Lifestyles in Wantagh instead of coming to this mom and Pop.

Had such an amazing experience today. Was having such a difficult time finding my son cleats in his size. Such a helpful staff and a lot of options!!

Despite the number of negative reviews, I have always had a wonderful experience and have been a repeat customer at this store. The owner and other workers who have clearly been targeted in many negative reviews are in reality really great and friendly people. I recently was in the shop when they had a mad rush of customers for the beginning of youth seasons that was coinciding with a regional tournament. I can certainly see why the workers in the store may reprimand people's children, because they will run around, knock things over, make a mess, and be overall unruly, all while the parents don't even attempt to control their children. If I owned the store I would do something about it myself, and parents have no right to be mad when their child is making a mess of another person's life's work. At the end of the day, the majority of reviews on google are a result of "negative" experiences and this goes for any place, not just this store, leaving many of the positive experiences unheard. In terms of the store itself, the selection of items is fantastic, from a massive array of football boots for any surface, to current season jerseys as well as thousands of older ones which are no longer available, to even fully personalized equipment. I cannot stress enough how great this store is, and how fantastic the service is. I will always make the long drive to Massapequa for the amazing service and care customers receive, and the guarantee that you are getting the highest quality products.

I have been with the LSC for the past 9 years and never have I experienced this before when ordering any uniform . The level of unprofessionalism from this store and employees is by far the worse I have ever experienced! Very disappointing!!!!

Shopping there today was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. The store owner treated my grandson and I so rudely and inappropriately, almost to, if not to the point of verbal abuse. From the moment we arrived, he displayed an arrogant behavior towards us. I ultimately left, without making a purchase, because of his demeaning and abusive attitude. Another customer who overheard his tyrant, also walked out. Take advice and shop elsewhere.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude. These people do not care about you or your children. Disrespect the customer is their mission and boy do they succeed. If it wasn't for their connection to Massapequa Soccer they would never survive. Do anything you can to spend your money elsewhere...with a business that actually appreciates its customers. If zero stars was an option, they'd qualify.

If it was possible to write a 0 star review I would . I have shopped at this place every time , and every single time I felt like a burden and a loser for being there , while I love the soccer products , the lady at the register is one of the nastiest and most miserable human beings I have so far encountered in my lifetime . She always has a rude attitude , always stares at you while you’re shopping and makes you feel uncomfortable and rushed . I have spent almost a thousand dollars there so far accumulatively , but I will be looking for another store for my soccer goods as receiving that kind of customer service and treatment is just not worth it . If you can’t have even the slightest respect and care for your customers , then simply don’t have a business . My advice to you if you need to shop here , try not to talk to the lady , she will look and speak to you as if you’re the scum of the earth . Good luck to this god forsaken establishment. You just lost a multi thousand dollar customer . Gotta get my soccer jerseys where I feel wanted now .

Its like walking into soccer heaven!! First off, I live pretty far from the store so I called ahead to see if they had what I needed in stock and to my surprise they did! Upon arrival which was like 18 minutes before close, they were still very nice and helpful. Would totally recommend to pay a visit if you're a soccer fan. We need more stores like this on the island.

My son decided to join a summer soccer camp, and we needed soccer cleats. I was recommended to come to Massapequa Soccer. The lady at the checkout counter was welcoming and told me that someone will be over soon to assist us with cleats. Another knowledgeable lady came over as soon as she finished with another customer, she took us step by step with choosing cleats and did a thorough fitting. We then moved to finding shin guards and proper soccer socks. She was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us her professional advice with everything. Taking the trip to Massapequa was well worth it. Fantastic customer service!
