This place is absolutely wonderful! Len Sonia is a knowledge and talented individual who also is an excellent teacher of his art! Cannot find better in the area. Very practical and useful skill to have where you actually apply your knowledge routinely in a live practice, so you know it works. Very humbling and not for those with an ego who doesn't want to except defeat! I would recommend to everyone but you have to be tough enough to go through it. Been going to Len's for the past 5 & 1/2 years, after moving to the area, having practiced other Martail Arts elsewhere and continue to feel strongly that it was a great choice! Highly recommended for women who want to protect themselves! Hope to see more wonderful people join this awesome place.

Absolutely amazing training facility. Having been involved in many wrestling clinics Over the years I can say without hesitation that the coaching here is second to none. Coach Len humbly provides outstanding technical instruction in a way that can be easily understood by students at various levels of experience. I have been training there for over two years and look forward to continuing my journey for years to come. If you enjoy learning in a team centered, respectful environment, then this is the place for you!

I'm 46 years old and I've been training at Dojo1 for nearly a decade. Len's instruction is the best. It's a great facility and my training partners are even better. Dojo1 has offered me a friendly learning environment and my young son trains with me as well. I would recommend dojo1 to anyone looking to train in the martial arts.

I joined Dojo 1 just about one year ago. I wished I had joined much sooner than that. You will not find a more knowledgeable staff in the area. If you are on the fence about joining DO IT.....LIKE TODAY GO DO IT!! I recommend Dojo 1 to anyone who will listen. I hope to see you there.
