Kat was absolutely amazing today. I had never been to a Mattress Firm before but will definitely be back! She listened to our current needs and had a no pressure approach to showing us a lot of different options. The wife and I will be back soon to upgrade our set and got some great ideas to think about today. Go see Kat and you will not be disappointed.

Easy transaction.  Able to actually lay on mattresses and try them out. Unable to do so at the big box stores like Sam's Club. I mean really how do they even sell any if you can't even try them. Would definitely shop Mattresse Firm again.

Do yourself a favor and ask to speak to Kat before trying other stores. I walked into the door fully expecting a “used car salesman” vibe, but I’m so happy to have been completely wrong. She didn’t try to push any extra promotions or products, she took the time to listen to a *long* list of preferences, and she ended up matching an incredible quality brand that still fit in the budget. I was fully expecting to have to compromise, and she made it work! It was so refreshing to be treated like a person and not just a commission. I’ve already passed her info along to friends who are moving, and it’s safe to say that she’s got my business for as long as she chooses to work here.

Kat was our salesperson and she was full of valuable information and very pleasant.  She offered to stay after hours to finish our sale.  Very kind & accommodating.

Great customer experience!  I was greeted with a big smile and clear direction for my purchase.  It was nice to see all the pricing was out in the open and there was no surprises.  I highly recommend working with Katherine!!

Scotty was very helpful in choosing a new mattress that fit my needs. He showed me several options and provided details on each one. Plus he was considerate of my budget too!!!! Happy customer- can’t wait til it’s delivered so I can sleep on it

Michael was amazing. He was honest and thorough. He will absolutely be recommended in the future. Mattress Firm had a great selection and it did not take us long to choose what mattress and adjustable base with Michael.

I was helped by Scotty with purchasing my mattress today. At first I was overwhelmed by all of the options presented to me, but Scotty made the process seamless! He did a wonderful job of explaining the different features and types of mattress available. Would highly recommend!

Noah assisted me and my wife and was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and frames. Very polite and courteous.  Keep up the good work.
