Went in the store Sunday 30 minutes before closing, explained them what I was looking for and they gave me the best options. Big thank you to the lady sorry I forgot your name she was fantastic and looked after me all the way through. I had a great customer experience with this store and for this reason I will recommend it to everyone and definitely come back in the future!
I've always had an excellent experience when I've used BFB. Recently purchased a bed and cabinet. The lady in the shop was very nice and helpful without being forceful, the items were delivered as agreed, the deliverymen were very polite, and the products were very good quality for the price as always from BFB. Comparing with other services I have experienced, BFB are excellent and I will happily use again without hesitation.
I purchased a pillow from this store not online ! and after trying the pillow for one night using a pillow case, I took the pillow back to the store as it was uncomfortable and I wanted to exchange it with another model. I brought back with the original packaging, invoice and in the same condition I bought the pillow. There was another lady in the store and told me that they don't accept exchanges or returns for pillows. She said she is sorry that the seller didn't explain this to me yesterday. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I don't know if I will be able to get my money back or exchange the item after I start other complaint methods but it is for sure that I will never ever enter to this store once again. I recommend everyone to think widely before buying anything from this store.
Went into the st slbans store and was greeted by the staff all were friendly.a lady called Donna was very helpful and helped me choose a mattress she was very knowledgeable and very professional she gave great customer service.i was very happy with my purchase and it was a pleasure coming into the store.

I purchased a Single Pillow Cloud Tempur on 14th April. I was determined to buy a Tempur pillow but Donna definitely was a fantastic sale person as soon as I entered the St Albans shop... She acknowledged me straightaway, and was able to help with my query in a very professional way. Her approach and customer service skills were absolutely spot on, brilliant. I therefore bought my pillow with complete satisfaction. Donna, I hope you will read this and know customers appreciate someone like you.
- slow buying process albeit the store manager was a great sales person - I've bought higher cost items in half the time - what's with all the paper? - delivery was 10 hours late, missed my morning appointment - had to spend 25 minutes on the phone to find out if bed was being delivered, including being handed the number of a third party delivery service for me to call rather than Benson's calling them - no call 30 mins in advance, so caught off guard when delivery finally appeared - expensive, premium product still to be proven without the service to back it up
We ordered a £1.5k bed in store from these guys and realised that it won't fit up the stairs when we did the measurements prior to any delivery. Obviously we wanted to cancel and they told us they take a 20% of the order for the cancellation fee. That's like £300 for doing nothing. The same 20% deliver fees apply at any point after you paid, so it doesn't matter if you call before they dispatch the bed for delivery, or if it's on the day when their contractors realise the product doesn't fit. No T&Cs presented, nothing!! What a ripoff!! Their employees don't mention anything about this policy and offer reassurances that they can fit everything - probably just to make money out of nothing. So frustrated with this experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Bensons for Beds.
Ordered a £3k bed, with a 3 months delivery time. On the delivery day they only delivered the mattress, missing the headboard and base. 15 days later still no contact from them.
