The staff was super friendly and helpful.  They were putting out a lot of new spring merchandise.  Great location and easy to find.  It's s tad difficult to get to the parking lot, but just pay attention and drive around the back as if you're going to BreadCo.

My wife and I live in St. Louis, and we needed a couple of umbrella stands that we use at events in St. Louis regularly. They weren't available locally, but they were at Mid Rivers Mall...right off of Highway 70. So my wife placed her order from the Brentwood Missouri Galleria Store and spoke with Charlotte on the phone at the Pier 1 in St. Peters at the Mid Rivers Mall as she processed the order for her. She said that Charlotte was business-like, professional and courteous on the phone with her and things went like clockwork. When I got there, to the Mid Rivers Mall Pier 1, things went extremely well and I experienced Customer Service at a level that I haven't experienced in a decade. Smart, courteous, fast, thinking ahead and working to make sure that things worked out for me. She even helped me to load the package into the van.....the box weighed 90 lbs and she wasn't a big person. Above and beyond, with a smile!!! Thanks Charlotte and thanks Pier 1 for your great Employee!!!

They are going out of business and every thing is marked 25 to 50% off . and even with those discounts I can understand why they are closing... Luckly my first visit will also be the last .... I will say however the employee's were very nice

They have a lot of products that are reasonably priced in a variety of colors. We really enjoy their drinkware selection and have purchased several wine glasses.

Very eclectic. Beautiful artisan pieces. Trendy housewares. Delightful smelling candles and oils. Original furniture and decor. Love the curtains and pillows!

I walked into Pier 1 today on MidRivers in which there were 4 employees standing at counter talking and one walking around the store. I walked around entire store to see if I would be greeted at some point. I left store and called and Charlotte who stated that she was manager answered the phone. I asked If it was customary for them to not greet their customers and she stated we are not greeting anymore. I then asked so you can’t say “Hello welcome to Pier 1?” She then said “Did you need help?” I get the store is closing and Covid is happening, however you mean to tell me a greeting  goes out the window especially when you’re doing nothing, but standing at counter talking. Absurd

There were several products I found with rips and tears while I was shopping here. The merchandise is pricey for the amount of flaws I saw today. The employees were not friendly or helpful during checkout.

The manger at Pier1 Mexico Road imports is very rude. I do  not go into the store often but both the times I have went in, I was received by a very aggressive manager. The first time I went in I tried to get a job and there was some sort of requirement for filling out one of the applications in the store which I wasn't aware of and she asked me did you take this out of the store and I was confused as to why she would ask me this, they she  YELLED at me in front of all of the customers and said "YES YOU DID!!" I'm like, if I haven't even gotten a job here yet and she yelling at me, I deffinitely don't want to work for this tyrant bomb! I was a still a customer and she yelled at me for misunderstanding something. The next time I went in there she approached me and told me What are you doing here? haha are you kidding me? Are they trained to ask a customer that? I felt attacked. Most people ask Is there anything in particular you're shopping for today or something like that. I don't know this manager but she seems to have it out for me. I hope the store does something about this aggressive woman because I don't even want to shop there and I love Pier1's stuff.

Pier 1 is in the middle of filling for bankruptcy and r closing numerous stores I don't know if this is 1 of the stores that will be closed but they are having some great sales right now so I would take advantage of it while the sales are Hott!

Always fun place to check out unique and beautiful things at affordable prices. Very helpful and kind people who don't hesitate to help you with anything.
