Walked in needing a new mattress. We were met by Marsha, a very friendly and helpful lady. Marsha helped us find the perfect mattress. She didn’t try to rush us or sell us the most expensive mattress. She made sure we happy and satisfied with the mattress we chose. She even had to stay a little passed closing but we never once felt rushed or pushed out the door. Wonderful experience!!!!
We had an amazing experience! Derrick showed us many mattresses and explained the difference for each one! He was wonderful to work! Definitely ask for him if you go in!
If you are looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting Derick. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. He was kind, honest, and very patient with me as it took a while to make a final decision. I had been dreading shopping for a new mattress for several months but he made the experience much less daunting.
The sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and took the time to find out what we were looking for and then showed us options to fit those needs
Mattress was delivered by two very nice gentlemen, they were very good setting everything up, however I did not get the waterproof mattress pad I was supposed to get. Also the massage system rattles like an old car engine!
My experience was amazing however, I think it’s important the sales rep give both options when it comes to delivery. I was taken to the most expensive mattresses to begin with which is fine, because I know it’s a sales tactic. I don’t like wasting people time, so I’m telling you upfront what’s my budget, and you still take me to mattresses over my budget? Fine. She was very nice and patient. I would’ve given my experience 5 stars, but I came home and ordered a box spring online because I couldn’t decide if I wanted one at the time I purchased my mattress in store. I noticed there is a FREE delivery called silver delivery. They only deliver to your front door. Gold delivery install and dispose your old mattress. I am new in town with a new apartment which I’ve told the sales rep at the beginning. I DON’T need gold delivery. Me at the time, I didn’t realize they offered free delivery, so when I saw it on my receipt, I just assumed it was the delivery fee. She didn’t offer free delivery and automatically applied an extra $100 to my bill which I think was very scamming like. That’s my only bad part of my experience is that she adding unnecessary fees to people’s order without informing them of other options. I am now needing to cancel my gold delivery, and if they do not let me, I will cancel the entire order and get my mattress elsewhere.
5 starts well deserved!! Marsha was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and super helpful!! We had purchased a king size split mattress/frame from Ashley furniture 2 weeks ago, scheduling delivery and actual delivery were both a total fail so we decided to cancel our Ashley furniture order and walked into this Mattress Firm store to buy our king size split mattress. BEST DECISION EVER! In an hour or so we had all our questions answered, numbers in and order in place! We received our delivery in a matter of only 3 days!! Received in excelente condition, fast and organized service! For any mattress needs in Chattanooga… this is your store! Thank you again Marsha!!!!
We had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm from start to finish. It started with a phone call with Sandy who was wonderful and gave us all the information we needed. We met Marsha at the store the next day who was very kind considerate and professional. She sold us what we wanted and more which we are very happy with because it adds to a great bed set. The delivery gentlemen were also wonderful. Andre, I think, and his assistant were very cordial and professional. They set everything up just the way we wanted it. We are very happy with this whole experience from start to finish.
Lovely new mattress! Thankful to our sleep expert, Derick, for walking us through all of the options at all the different price ranges. He was professional, helpful, and a valuable resource. He didn't try to force feed us into buying something we didn't need and THAT alone is a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Derick! It's only been 48 hours since our purchase and our new mattress has already been delivered by your prompt and professional delivery team! Can't wait for a good night's rest!
Patrick was so knowledgeable about the products he sells I didn’t even have to go to the store to make my purchase! Prices were great! Service was great!
