Our second time doing business with this Mattress Firn location. When we moved to DAVIDSON nearly 4 years ago, we bought two mattresses. We have been really happy with them. It was that great customer service & quality that brought us back again. This time, we met Milton & he helped us find the perfect mattress for our son’s sophomore year at college. We wanted to make sure we get it done weeks before the Fall semester 2023 begins & getting to try some mattresses was exactly what we needed to do to make a good decision. This location is a bit hidden but conveniently located near Target & it’s worth checking out! Love the decent selection & options of these mattresses. I believe they’ve got something for everyone. You can’t get to lie down on the beds at Costco and they do not have the choices that mattress firm has on site. We highly recommend mattress firm!
After spending a great deal of time 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a "Sleep Expert" about buying two mattresses, Leo at the local Mattress Firm by phone was able to accomplish the purchase in under 10 minutes and give me 2 great mattresses at a great price. Very knowledgeable and fabulous customer service will have me coming back to Mattress Firm, where I was five minutes away from going to Walmart to source my bedding. Great job ... great personality.
Milton in the Huntersville location was very professional and courteous handling our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the differences between the models. He made the buying of a new bed a good experience and we highly recommend him. Thank you Milton !!!!!
