Worst staples experience I’ve ever had. Not only did I try to call and ask for assistance with a print order days before I even needed it, and was then directed to online after I told them, what I’m trying to do isn’t working but decided to go in and ask for help. They did not care at all. Told me that online orders were more important as I’m standing there and turned away a paying customer. I will never again waste any of my money on any staples product ever again. I work in marketing and have several clients needing monthly print jobs as well. This is my last straw and I’m so disgusted by how I was treated. I’ve had this type of print job done several times in Raleigh, NC and it’s never been a problem and the staff goes out of their way to help. Wildly different experience at this location. How sad. Customer service and printing education is very much needed.
Lauren in copy & print services was fantastic! I had a lot of questions and she was incredibly patient and helpful! I will definitely be going back next time I have a print job!
If your black, I would steer clear of this location. Your going to get looked at like you have three heads, the staff will not want to help you. I asked to borrow something one employee said “no”, the other one looked so upset to help me. I been sitting in the print center for hours while “christian“ has looked at me not wanting to help me. Dark haired man at the front didn’t even look up when i walked out. Just avoid this location
This location is terrible. The workers are rude and have zero interest in providing any customer service. They are so disorganized and when you show even one iota of rightful frustration due to their ineptitude, they then are sarcastic and rude. If you have other options, I would say use them vs this place.
Tried to scan form to two email addresses twice. None of them received. One email address was mine so I know it was operational. Too close to closing to get any help.
I was having some difficulty with what i was printing and this nice young fellow named gavin came to help me he enlightened me on the subject if you are black DO come here they are very excepting
Terrible Service and the print/copy/shipping area was trashed. I went to make copies and one was machine was wasn't working while it was me and two others waiting to use self print machine. One cashier stood in front of the store and never asked if we needed help. So, I walked over to let her know we was waiting on help. She said she'd call the manager who never showed up and I'm guessing she/he was on the back.
Gavin in the print department was fantastic, I wouldn't be coming back otherwise if it wasn't for him.
Daniel and print staff were fantastic. I messed up my online order for a rehearsal dinner sign and they were able to help me fix it while I waited. I will always go to this staples for my print and copy needs!
STAPLES at 10031 Charlotte NC I went to the store in order to print an ID and laminate it, then they told me at the print center I had to “come back” after ONE HOUR because they had a “online list” of people who had ordered stuff before me online, so what about customer who are already IN the store?? I asked to speak with a manager and then she told me that I had to “pay” extra money for a rush pick up, which was the one on that hour frame, otherwise I had to wait to print and laminate my ID 8 hours or come back next day. What is going on with everything after Covid? I find it SO UNFAIR that a customer who’s already inside the store has to come back or pay for rush to get laminated an ID. This is INSANE really. I hope someone who do really cares about craziness like this from staples read this comment ‍ This world is getting upside down.
