Mattress Firm North Hills

This is the best Mattress Firm in town, honestly way better than the Woodrow Bean location. Richard, our sales associate is the best, he is friendly, courteous, and works with you. He took the time to show us multiple mattresses which is nice to feel the difference of each firmness. I highly recommend going to see him if you’re looking for a mattress.

I purchased my first Tempur-Pedic mattress this past weekend, and very pleased with the mattress and experience. Julius showed us and explained the differences between all the models, and was very knowledgeable. What made the experience most enjoyable was we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and will do business again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience here at this location on the northeast. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a mattress. The sales representative Richard did an awesome job in helping us find our perfect mattress.

Richard gave great customer service when we bought our Temperpedic mattress. However, he included 2 free temperpedic pillows not in stock in our purchase which we have yet to receive. Initially, the approx wait was 2 weeks post purchase and that was almost 7months ago. I've called several times for an update and told that Richard will return my call. Customer service was excellent when we purchased the mattress, bed sheets and mattress protector. Unfortunately, following through with the entire transaction is poor.

Richard is amazing. I’ve waited a bit to give a rating and I’ve got to say he’s earned every star. I’ve never slept as good and he was such a good guy to both me and my wife. I would extremely recommend anyone in search of a good nights sleep to go to this guy. El Paso is full of crooks. This man is the exact opposite. It was such a breath of fresh air. My comment might seem weird but I promise y’all. I’ve never been happier with my sleep than I am now. I used to take pills to fix my sleep. I do not need them anymore. Told my dr to F off. Richard is quite literally a dream worker.

Richard at the Mattress Firm at North Hills was amazing!!!! My husband and I walked in uncertain of our big purchase and we left feeling confident, excited and accomplished. Richard gave us the red carpet treatment and was super knowledgeable and guided us throughout the whole process not leaving any doubt in our minds.

We arrived in El Paso on Friday having transferred from New Jersey military. We went out Saturday to find a new mattress to replace our old one, and this Mattress Firm was closest to home, so it was the first stop, and the only stop, turns out. Gabriel welcomed us, and asked about our preferences, then pointed out several that would fit. We checked out several and settled on one. I think he picked up on the fact that the move has been stressful on my wife, and he did everything he could to keep things lighthearted and jovial. As we were hopping from choice to choice, he assured us we had plenty of time, and jokingly offered a pizza party until closing time. He also demonstrated a lot of patience while we worked out issues with our card. Having just moved, the fraud alert triggered on our account, and I was on hold for a long time getting that straightened out. Overall, a really pleasant experience! And he gave us a great deal on our purchase! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at this store. Richard our salesman was very professional and helped us with many options in purchasing our new mattress. He was very knowledgable in the various types of mattresses so we were able to make a good choice for our bed.

Mr. Gabriel Mejia was exceptionally helpful and courteous on our visit the other day. He went above and beyond in assisting us with our purchase of our new mattress. I highly recommend him and this store for any of your future purchases.

Was very pleased with the mattress firm located in north hills crossing in the ne. Richard Flores the manager was very helpful in getting us a bed with in our budget. Will definitely be going back in the future.
