This place is awesome. Family owned and operated. Will work with you to fit your budget. Very honest and straight forward. They also have layaway too. This is the only place I'll buy a mattress from ever again.

My parents have had nothing but trouble with this store. It started with the purchase of a head & footboard. They kept my parents waiting over a month for the footboard. When my dad finally questioned them about it, an employee informed him that the manager had to pay extra to have the footboard delivered, so he hadn't ordered it yet. Also, they talked my dad into a $100 pillow and when they were in the store THE VERY NEXT DAY someone tried to sell him one with the offer of buy one get one free. When he said he bought one the day before they told him "sorry, it has to be a new transaction." Next, the box springs were very noisy every time you sat down , but they wouldn't replace it because the tag was torn off. My parents didn't tear it off, but the manager informed my mom that they certainly didn't do it either. 3 months after purchasing the mattress it started sinking in. Now, they won't honor the warranty because my parents don't have the receipt. It is 2016. They have record in their computer showing everything about this transaction. As a matter of fact, they were able to reprint an exact duplicate of the receipt needed, but it "won't work because it isn't the original." Their issues started with the previous manager and have carried over with the current manager. We are extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. If you stand behind your product it shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get you to do the right thing.

My girlfriend and I went there this older lady would not even acknowledge me she would only speak to my girlfriend. I'm the one buying the mattress she stuck up and it wouldn't surprise me if she was a racist DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
