Maurices has always been my favorite store I have traveled a lot and the new cities I was living in didn’t have a Maurices, I haven’t been to Maurices in a while. I was happy I found it online I thought great I will do some online shopping. They carry my favorite perfume and I wanted to order some more. I was surprised to find out the only online ordering they accept is, you place your order then you have to pick it up at one of their stores I live many states away from a Maurices store. Were people haven’t heard of a Maurices if I could place a order and have it delivered to me Maurices would be getting a 5 star instead of 3.
I love maurice's! The staff there is always so friendly and the clothing selection is great. I am sad they don't generally carry too many clothes in tall or long they have to be ordered online. However, the staff is attentive and I have never been disappointed in anything I have bought from them
Pleasant surprise! Very welcoming and friendly service. Maureen was very attentive and helpful. A great variety of clothing and great prices.
The staff are always friendly and are good at putting different outfits together. They were exceptionally pleasant considering my daughter and I walked in 15 min before closing. They were more than willing to help look and made us feel like we were welcome to take our time. We didnt impose that way, but they were really great to deal with. It is refreshing to find you can go somewhere and the help is genuinely pleasant, especially at closing time on a Sat!!
I thought for a few years now that maurices went out of business but i was glad to find it wasnt and even better that it was only 30 mins away from where I live. As soon as I found that out I got in my car and drove there. Not only do I love the clothes but the staff were unbelievable! Ive never gotten that kind of service at a department store! Michelle was, to be honest, the friendliest cashier I ever met! She was very helpful and asked me if I needed her to go get me anything while I was in the fitting room. They even write your name on a white board on the door of your fitting room. Id recommend this store to any woman!
I can't often afford to shop here, BUT their customer service is AMAZING... Basically, every person who walks in gets individual attention from an employee who will happily make suggestions on what other items might go with what you've already picked, what might suite you based on your tastes, they even wait on you in the changing room, bringing you a different size when you need it... I've never felt so catered to! Wonderful experience
Amazing customer service. I needed a last minute Outfit for a work event Ivory had me in and out in less then 30 mins. Looking great from head to toe! Thanks girl!
Really enjoyed my first visit in this store this morning. Both staff were very friendly and took the time to help put together some outfits to try on. You dont usually see that kind of attention in department stores. It was nice to get that assistance like I was shopping with my girlfriend. They were welcoming and thoughtful.
Let me tell you about Maurices in Canandaigua....The staff is AMAZING and so helpful! Went there last night to get my daughter a pair of pants and they helped by getting me different pants and even offered to order the tall pair if I needed them. This will be my new go to store!
Great place for the whole family! Lots to see and buy. Everything is VERY reasonable for quality. Love getting Cards here at such a great rate! Have been going to this store with my mom and sister since I was a kid. Always can find something new and adorable.. or something you need desperately at a great price!!! I would definitely recommend to fam and friends for quality and price:
