Very helpful with letting you know they will help with anything you need but not following around bugging you. Also good to see if there might be sizes elsewhere in the store. Very friendly smiling and make you feel welcomed store is very clean and stocked
The clothes fit very well and comfortably They also come in all sorts of sizes! It is made to make women feel comfortable with who they are. Plus size girls can shop here with confidence!
Cute clothes, rude staff, won't purchase from them again after my experience today. They couldnt find my package, I wasnt bothered by the wait but then when they handed my package to me I said "thanks, is that all?" cause every other pickup I've done they asked for my ID or pickup order # and one of the staff mockingly said "she said "is that all"" and giggled
Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable with sincere customer service. Been there a few times with my wife and the ladies made her feel beautiful and not so shy in minutes. In my opinion it was a great time seeing her look so confident walking out with what she wanted and at a good price. A+ in my book
I went to the this store to return some items and got treated rudely by Alicia in Porterville Ca . She did the return in an angry manner and purposely threw the pen on the counter for me to sign the receipt. She doesn’t represent Maurices well. This was not the first time either. Most of the time they couldn’t find my packages even though the Maurices’ customer service said the packages had arrive there. Did they really couldn’t find it or purposely don’t want to find it? Either ways is horrible customer service. Especially that lady named Alicia.
Employees are very helpful in finding you what your looking for. Need something to accent a pair of jeans? Employees find that special look that is just perfect for you. You can order a product if the store is out of your size.
Customer service is great! The ladies working are always willing to help you out and you don’t seem like they are bothered at all . Always have a great time shopping at this store.
Store clean great deals! Great friendly Employees. Love the way they greet you at the door and help you find what you need
Depending upon who the staff is. You can either have a good shopping experience or horrible. The lady who manages this place is rude loud and never helpful. My shopping has stopped at the Maurice's in Evanston Wy.
Esther was so helpful. She picked out the perfect sizes and outfits..I totally recommended her.
