Veronica is a stellar employee. She's so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and each experience I have with her is a treat. Brian is another great employee. He takes pride in his store and is always right there to help when I need it. Good team here.

I feel very lucky to have a local OfficeDepot. I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Folks are helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I need to sun my business. I especially like the personal attention offered to me by the hard working staff and I know if they’re busy, they won’t forget about me when they’re done.

I have never dealt with office depot in Porterville before today. I'm from Visalia and the Visalia office depot printer for banners was out of order so they referred me to Porterville and I have to say; That the customer service was very rude and unprofessional and the saddest thing is. It was from the store manager Brian. It's sad that he would treat me like that over the phone after calling 4 times and being put on hold every time. It's a simple banner and I just asked a simple question.  Maybe he was having a bad day I don't know but I still was treated badly. Disappointed in you Brian.

Great customer service, they do their best to assist customers- products are easy to find in clearly labeled aisles.

Friendly Staff, clean store, and well stocked with whatever you may need.

10/10 go have Brian help great guy.

I came in to the store wishing to buy a new printer for my office. A young lady with some exquisite eyes approached me with a very knowledgeable and kind regard. Whatever she did not know, she made to find out. I believe her name was Jess.

So happy to have these printing supplies tools and talents in our community.

Associate Alerica will go out of the way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience! I was taken care of and All of my questions were answered! The attitude of the store is one of service. A RARE FIND nowadays!
