Maggie and Chris and all the staff are fantastic! They explained everything about the pallets, recommending what to stay away from as first time buyers and made it very clear that there are no guarantees on what may be in plain brown boxes. Even opening one as an example. We have already been back and will continue to frequent their business. Completely open and honest and clearly trying to help people to succeed. Can’t say enough about their integrity. Keep up the Good work!
I have only been here a couple times so far but it is a great place to buy from to make passive income on products, just like any other pallet/auction business you have to go in knowing there's a chance you might have damaged items. I do feel like if someone gets a whole pallet of broken goods maby they could compensate for that but who knows if customer is telling the truth, Idk I've never had that happen I've always made money with my purchases. If you're dealing with Maggie, she is very sweet & honest, there is a lady who's older & comes off quite rude it's slightly uncomfortable when she sneaks up on you but other than that I think it's a great place to start for beginners looking to start a resell business, other staff is very helpful I will definitely be back.
For me after 2 trips the experience is just ok. I also drive almost 6 hours to arrive there. Each time I bought 3 pallets. Pallets seemed staged to make you believe there might be something good on the bottom but after searching through all the money's makers are on top, most everything else was case packed at the bottom. I will eventually return my investment for these pallets. Another negative was in the beginning of their sales they do explain everything which is kind of a long speech but I understand, they say to look at tags and contact them for better pricing. We found a 15ft trampoline, possibly damaged, no warranty from Sam's club, after pricing it out i found the same brand new with warranty at sams for 469 they had it priced 495 with 10% off tag. I did as they suggested and asked. They offered 350 to take it. I declined. The reasoning was because it was higher priced when they priced it. I didn't find the connection why that should have mattered, it's damaged liquidation. In all they all seem to be very nice ppl. This is not a bad review just medicore review based on my personal experience. If the drive wasn't so great it could have been different but in reality I left with room in my trailer which is not typical buying experience for me. Also the academy sports pallets were said to be very little returns if any. They were all returns, all with damaged goods tags stating the reason for return. Paying $795 for the pallet because I believe someone's word. I will not recover even my investment from that pallet. Like I said overall the experience was ok just not for me or my drive. God bless.
I dealt with Maggie and Chris and they were so pleasant, kind and gave me a great deal!! The warehouse is huge and they have everything you can think of!! Great people
All in all, highly recommended! Absolutely ginormous selection that is extremely organized, coupled with extremely friendly and helpful people, we did not regret our very long drive. Will update after have gotten a chance to go through everything we got. They have their own in-house forklift &you can pull your truck in Thru andThru for ease of access and easy loading. I wish I was able to take pictures but my phone died, absolutely highly recommend! They were extremely helpful, they stayed open after hours just to accommodate us driving from several hours away, haven’t got a chance to look through much yet, but not going to lie, was very pleased! Everybody was beyond helpful, business was very professional, even got a follow up call after we left! I see some people left reviews on here that are a little nasty, and personally I think it’s just because in this line of business, some people can’t handle that pallets are a gamble. You do get what you get, but I saw a really large selection when I went up there, even though they stayed late, they let us still look around and take our time, we were not rushed, every last person there was extremely kind and I cannot stress that enough. People underestimate the value of being able to see these pallets in person versus just simply ordering online, if you haven’t been here yet, you seriously need to go. Being in Ohio, this is one of the largest warehouses I have seen in terms of selection && it was extremely organized. Go make the trip! ** pro tip ** If you rush your purchase, you get what you get, take the time in browsing selection, there is a selection for a reason. As with everything to do with pallets, selection probably means different sources, most wholesale liquidators have to purchase from different places because not all places offer all forms of liquidation, therefore, it is safe to assume that not every single pallet would be of the same quality. This is something that happens no matter where you order from, no matter who you order from, it is up to you the buyer to spend the time necessary to make an educated decision.
First time going. Not a very good impression. Run a shady business. I am blocked from commenting on their posts because they know they are in the wrong. We bought a 700 academy sports pallet. Everything was broke. I mean everything. Not one piece one the pallet is salvageable. Wait... I lied I got an adult life jacket that I might get $5 for. For a Christian run business. This is NOT Christian like. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I mean we have money laying around to just throw away apparently. I get you win some you loose some. But EVERYTHING is broke and then to block me on their social media from commenting. Really???? DO NOT BUY PALLETS FROM HERE. I HAVE PICS TO SHOW PROOF Update. Pics are posted of our conversation! She lies through her teeth. Buyer beware

Great place, the first pallet we bought on a thursday for 550.00 the follow monday we deposited 1225.00 we went back the following Thursday and bought one for 750.00 we sat up in our side yard , on monday we deposited 1550.00 and we still have enough items to set up this weekend at 23 south bound flea market every penny will be pure profit. What I'm saying is these people take care of you , you will double your money if you aren't afraid of a little work and have fun doing it
Was finally able to make it in person a couple days ago and Maggie is absolutely wonderful! She took her time and showed us inventory, which there was a lot of, and treated us like old friends. We will be back to purchase more in the near future!
Went and bought a pallet. When I get half way through it we found a rats nest and products covered in urine and feces. When consulted about the problem I was refused my money back when I hadn’t even left the property. They claim this is in a policy that we signed that does not exist.
