The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The app wouldn’t work for this location only this location. When we got to the drive thru, they asked if we’ve used their app we would’ve loved to. Happy meal box was soggy on the bottom. There was a beverage spilled inside of it but we didn’t get a drink, so it was someone else’s beverage. The nuggets had black specks all over them as if the oil needed to be changed. Unfortunately, this wasn’t our first poor experience at this location. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
It is fast food. I get it. But they are so fast that they are gone before you can ask them for ketchup. No one would make eye contact while I stood there at the counter, waiting to ask someone for a little ketchup for our fries. Otherwise it was very nice. We all enjoyed our Grimace Birthday meals.Food: 5/5
I don't do reviews at all, but I visited McDonald's on 2/9/23 and ordered my meal at the drive thru. When I got to the window to get my order, a young lady with a red shirt asked me to pull up because she had to wait for them to prepare my meal. Like it was my fault that I had to wait. I asked her if she was having a good day because her whole demeanor to me wasn't what it should be, considering it's customer service. She pleasantly stated she was just trying to get my order. Fast forward, I received my meal, and it wasn't what I expected, considering I had to wait on it. Forgot to take pic of the nasty greasy bag. But the sandwich was poorly put together. Don't think I've ever been this dissatisfied where I wanted to write a review.
Fries were hot, and the drive-thru worker said, "Bless you," I almost thought I was at Chick-fil-A. The lobby was closed for construction but got through the drive-thru fairly fast.Food: 4/5
This restaurant is nasty. The floors, tables, counters and restrooms are all disgusting. If there is knowone taking orders than someone can constantly be cleaning. The staff is rude. STAY AWAY or you too will be upset and disappointed as well. Will never return.
They charged extra for sauce but didn’t give us one sauce at all. When we asked for fresh fries they closed the window in our faces with attitudes. When we talked to the manager about the bad service and how we had no sauces she didn’t care and did nothing to fix it but went silent on the phone. Our tea tasted weird and unsweetened. My McFlurry was not filled like usual but half way under the fill line. The manager was the rudest ever, called my mother a B word and hung up the phone on us when we were calm. They won’t give us the corporate number to talk to.
I drove through this morning for a breakfast burrito and a sweet tea. The cup was so overfilled that I had to use all of my napkins to stock up the extra. The burrito was very loosely wrapped and almost fell apart when I went to pick it up.Food: 2/5
Instead of trying to be more like chick fil a maybe they should do better about actually listening to the customers Instead of playing around especially in the drive through and then arguing with the customer about what they ordered or what's in and not in their bag.Food: 2/5
I went to this McDonald's a few days ago with my daughter and we ordered dinner which was fine but we also wanted a Mcflurry. Their ice cream machine was down so we asked for pies. The pies were in the oven with about 15 mins left to cook so we settled for cookies. When we got home the cookies weren't in the bag. I decided not to even bother calling. Probably won't waste my time going back there for at least a while. It was a frustrating experience.
So I ordered two plain mcdoubles tonight. Tell me why I got one plane mcdouble in one with a whole bunch of stuff on it, I didn't ask for ? I've called corporate about This location. This is not the first, the second nor the fifth time. This has happened to happen's way too often I understand Why this restaurant has the rating that it does. Of course I was irate because I had to come all the way back here. And now they're taking their sweet time fixing the issue of course. This is the very reason I try to avoid this restaurant for food delivery pickups. But I will be reaching out to corporate again tomorrow !!! PATHETIC !
