McDonald's is a childhood favorite and while enjoying our lunch, many pleasant memories flooded my mind and heart. Everyone was so great, very customer oriented! Super clean dining area! And our lunch was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Thank you to everyone who brought the kid out of these adults!Food: 5/5
This place is terrible. Workers are openly standing behind the counter, eating French fries from the bin. My food was left at the counter for dine in, with no number announcement. My two double cheeseburgers were absolutely greasy, and the patties were literally almost side My side. The cheese was thrown to one side. AND, they were wrapped inside out. The wrappers were wrapped with the printing touching the burger and my grill slip. Not a good location at all.
is there a reason your employees are yelling about customers not understanding an automated voice? or being unreasonably rude about being in front of the building? there is no parking in front of the building and we didn’t want to be in the way of any cars coming in. instead we were met rudely for not understanding because we literally do not live here. this was my first visit and my last. and i plan on calling later to complain. as someone who’s worked in food and for mcdonald’s, at least i had the decency to wait until a customer was gone to complain. I couldn’t even hear what the gentleman at the from was telling my boyfriend bc of the woman yelling behind him about us not understanding
This location needs so much improvement. In one day, we stopped for breakfast on the go, sat in the line for 23 minutes, only to be served the wrong meal. Being as we were now late, we were forced to accept the mistake and move forward. At lunch, we decided to try again, but eat inside this time. Servers were unavailable for payment and when I inquired, I was met with the rudest response, "I will get with you when I get with you" ...wait, WHAT? Let her response go, waited 20 minutes for our meal and guess what, incorrect. I was served a homestyle burger instead of a quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I took it to the counter, explained the situation, they looked at the burger questioning what's wrong with it? It's not a quarter pounder with cheese, she took it to another employee asking if it was right and he handed her the correct burger... REALLY?! Shouldn't management know what food is what? Needless to say, this McDonald's has nosed dived with food, service and general operation. So very sad since it's the only one in our little town. Please DO BETTER!!!!
Pass. Understaffed, only one person working today, went inside, told to leave cause they had “dining room issues”, long line of dissatisfied customers still languishing in the drive thru as we drove away. Even when they do have staffing, this location is notable for rock hard overcooked biscuits in their sandwiches, and prices set a dollar or two higher than comparable McD’s.
They need to inform their employees not to scream at their own children or grandchildren that are visiting the facility. Very poor representation of the service the McDonald's has been built on. This was a very loud and obnoxious employee. She did mention to the store manager she has earned her position. Hmmmm I guess he didn't hear her out burst while customers were present. Sad
They have seventeen orders on the board and there's just no Hussle! Ridiculous Edit: bought a simple $3 bundle and a coke at 10:41, received it at 11:18. I wouldn't go here if you want something quickFood: 2/5
They got my whole order wrong... and I waited 45min for my food.. I will never come to this McDonald's again .. the workers are lazy and fn rude..I ran into a man who lives in Rockport and he said this place is the worst.. in the end my son in law heard one of the employees saying stuff about us.... never again.. thanks for the lousy service.. and for the drama .
Well I come to the McDonald's in Rockport drive thru its 8:31 pm Monday June 19th whoever was on drive thru was the rudest " ok what else ok and that it ok what else do you want is what she said " definitely needs a new job. No thank you at window no napkins no ketchup , still got my burger wrong if she had been paying attention instead of rushing me she would have got the order right. Just put the food out the window and closes window with out saying anything.
Wouldn’t recommend this location. Took a very long time and not very friendly staff. We had a very small order of 1 sausage egg cheese McMuffin and 2 drinks and it took almost 30 minutes to get it at 9am. There was only 2 people in front of us. On top of that they messed up our order and when I tried to tell someone about it they ignored me, so we just ended up leaving. Kid-friendliness: Had seating for kids as well as meals Parking: Parking is split up and hard to navigate due to small area because of drive thru Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible
