The staff are always so incredibly patient and attentive when I have taken my mentally and physically disabled sister here over the past several months. They are very patient and friendly when taking our order as I interpreted what my sister wanted I hate the kiosks that take ten times as long as ordering at the counter. And they've been very helpful and kind when we've needed anything extra or if she makes a mess. The disabled parking is a bit wonky with the steep drop offs to the side and back, but I'm not sure how much control they had over that with the property. And the food is, well, fast food. But the staff are awesome.
I stopped by for a late lunch earlier this week. This McDonald's has a reasonable-sized parking lot. It's a little challenging to get to if you're heading North east? on NE Bothell Way but manageable. Super easy in the other direction. This location has kiosks to order and friendly staff, and the food met my expectations. All sizes of soft drinks are served in plastic cups – no more paper cups. The self-serve fountain is no longer an option. Refills are obtained from an employee at the counter for fifty cents.
Food is just God awful atrocious processed sugar junk. I don't think I will ever eat there for the rest of the rest of my life. Well certainly not lunch or dinner. Breakfast items are the saving grace here and why I gave them a 2 instead of a 1. The staff was just fine I had no issue with service whatsoever, I would rate that aspect of my experience as neither particularly positive or negative. They did there job just fine.
Food’s always fresh. Staff is always professional, ice cream machine is never broken, I have neevr been served cold fries at this location. If it’s not right their management team makes it right.Food: 5/5
The basic and most loved recipe of McDonald’s the beloved French Fries are forever ruined for me by this location. Worst experience ever as I could taste the fries were not properly fried and were literally cold inside which is surprising as I would expect them to follow the standard recipe. Do yourself a favor and go to another McD location
Every single time we have been at this McDonald’s, the fries are never fresh!! They are either cold or twice dipped in fryer. Not sure why they are unable to serve fresh cooked fries Kid-friendliness: Okay
They messed up my order. Shorted me a sandwich also Another sandwich had missing top. When I asked for the order to be replaced after driving home and coming back the manager told me we're not in the business to lose money. I'll just replace one the sandwich that we didn't provide. So i guess she think because in needed to drive back my family should eat cold hashbrown. She held her coporate stand and only gave me the one missing sandwich. This is not customer service. But if she was a good manager i would have been given the correctly made sandwich and the correct order. We eat from this store 3 to 4 times a week. Staff has always been great. But the AM manager today should find a job they like. Sorry for the bad review.
Everything in Kenmore is inexplicably more expensive than most other places that are suburbs of Seattle. I pay more here than in Kirkland or Redmond. They charge for refills. Their self serve machine has really ugly police tape across it. The problem with this is you can't set how much ice they put in your drink. They are also pretty insistent that you use the kiosk to order
Went through drive and used their app to order two Big Macs buy one get one for $0.29. I got home and noticed they forgot my second Big Mac. I called the store and Carl told me the girl ringing the order didn’t do it right and forgot to put in the $0.29 Mac. He said if I drove back down there they’d be happy to ring me up for my missing Big Mac. I was a little shocked that he was going to charge me for their mistake, and I let him know that was a disappointing resolution. !!He told me it was **my fault** for not letting them know of the mistake when they asked me to review the order!! Poor, poor customer service.
Literally go anywhere else, nuggets are chewy and taste like fish today, Big Mac box covered in grease on the outside, asked for sweet and sour and a honey mustard, I got 2 bbq sauce. Receipt half illegible and covered in grease because it was shoved in the bag next to the big Mac. I am done with this McDonald's, they have been nothing but terrible, unfortunately the manager has no control over her employees. They treat customers terrible door dashers also and have not even the smallest amount of respect for anyone.
