Consistently poor service. If orders aren’t messed up, you’re sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes until someone answers. The time of day does not change that. Very few staff seem to even care nor apologize for routinely messing up orders. Gave it a shot for a few weeks, but this place needs help.Food: 3/5
Very clean and organized. Respectful staff and understanding. Bathrooms are very clean. Food is as fresh as McDonald's allows it to be. The kiosk works great ! Simple and fast to order. Fast drive threw as busy as it is they do the best they can . Also ice cream machines aren't broken lol . Soda don't taste like sink water like some other franchises. Yall are doing great ! Thank you for being kind !
Wherry disappointment! Their ventilation and exhaust work so poorly that they are forced to open the door in a place where people eat! And it's very cold then have a cute lunch! They don't have a chicken and fish fryer! This is a terrible management job inside a restaurant! Just awful and embarrassing. I hope the McDonald's boss finds out about this terrible franchise management but probably management don't care.
McDonald's is not great to begin with but this place took it to another level. We went here exactly 2 time fist not great but good enough. Second time my son got a sticker in his Burger.Food: 1/5
Told employee there's no soap in the ladies room around 6pm. I have been sick all day so stopped back to use the restroom. Guess what?.. almost 9pm. None of the employees apparently washed their hands all day either because there's still no soap in the ladies room.. gross. Probably explain why I'm sick al day.Food: 3/5
Apparently the intercom system wasn't working and after a wait, I pulled ahead where I say watching three employees trying to work out some problem but instead of opening the window and letting me and several other customers know what was going on, they would merely glance in my direction and then go about their pow-wow as if I wasn't there. Another time, at about 3 a.m. I went through the drive thru for two McDoubles without pickles because this usually assures getting a fresh burger. Except I forgot to refuse the pickles and ended up with the most dried up piece of leather I've ever had from any McDonalds. So I took the blame and entry right back and tried again, this time ordering the proper way. Same thing: dried up, old, stale piece of leather-without pickles though. I'm sure these burgers had pickles right up until they were handed off to me. Both experiences have kept me from returning to any McDonalds since.
I use their application, and i get 2 quarter pounders with cheese with one order for the amount for buying the one quarter pounder thru the application. and then i get 2 large drinks for 2 dollars with another order and use the application to get a free medium french fri. lol anyone not trying to learn how phones work and acting like applications are too much to learn are dumb and literally letting money fall out of there hands. recommend everyone use the app for these kinds of things.
It is extremely frustrating when you get all the way back home to & discover your sandwich is not in the bag! Then i call to explain what happened & a fax machine comes on after several rings. Noone answers the phone. Rediculous!Service: 1/5
Employees got an attitude. 50/50 chance when they tell you to pull forward they'll just forget about you. This McDonalds makes the on Main in Buffalo seem like a 5-star restaurant
French fries are usually sparse and very dry, as if they were sitting under the light too long. Service is not up to normal McDonald's standard. Chicken McNuggets on the $5 deal we're like shoe leather very dry. As if they were sitting in the warming oven too long. If there was another McDonald's in the town I would go to it.Food: 2/5
