I love how I can order my super sonic breakfast burrito without tatar tots, tortilla, jalapeños in a bowl. With a route 44 diet cherry limeade. Makes it easy for me to stay keto for health reasons. Dietary restrictions: I don't eat carbs and sugar.
Slow service at this place. Waited a solid 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. I gave the kid a tip, even though I knew it wasn't his fault. Not even a thank you. Just walked away after I gave it to him. Last time I'm tipping here.Food: 4/5
Was driving back to Wichita and was hesitant to go here based off of reviews. Got there ordered food, it came out quickly, service was good. Got our food and both were wrong. For some reason they both had pickles. Neither item had pickles. And there was also other things wrong. We had already made our way back to Wichita. So we were out of luck!
Worst experience I have ever seen at a sonic. Step 1- wrong food Step 2- wrong/missing drinks Step 3- new food was of the lowest quality. Cold and hard Step 4- new drinks looked correct, however not correct. Total experience was about 30 min to receive final food and depart. Would ask for money back and return food if we were not traveling and already back on the road.
It's not crowded however there is still along wait for your order. The service is friendly and the food is not bad at all considering the small size community location. With that being said In a small area the view is a nice perk and if you time it just right you can enjoy happy hour and the sunset!
I waited a longer than normal time15/20 minutes to get just a bag of ice. I was disappointed this Sonic used to have faster service. Sorry guys not impressed Food: 5/5
Fast friendly service and good selection of take out food and deserts. The only issue I have ever had with Sonic was Neodesha employees and management digging ruts in my lawn. Had to invest $ $300. In ties to block them. They use my driveway but don't care about neighbors.
Waited for at least 15 minutes for 2 shakes. They weren’t busy at all. Worst experience ever at a Sonic. We finally left without our shakes because we were tired of waiting. Glad we didn’t pay when we ordered. If your traveling keep on going!!
Very poor, out side looks horrible, half the screens don't work. Employees are slow , burgers are over cooked and crunchy. Chilli too thick looks and tastes old.
Sonic has really went downhill, was visiting from Oklahoma the other day and waited 5 mins after pressing the red button before anyone even bothered to answer The lot was pretty much empty it was very unprofessional. Customers were getting angry and leaving because nobody in there wants to do their job. We waited 15 mins for a mini blast and a Med Slush, when the carhop came out she had an attitude like she didn’t care and didn’t even bother to read our order off. Short story is hire staff that won’t run the business into the ground because the night shift children have no professionalism, I’d rather make the drive 15-30 mins away to get Sonic…
