Pretty messy, and slow. We were there for breakfast and had to ask for syrup, butter, utensils, and straws. A little kid picked up a delivery bag without question. The handle was barely hanging on in the mens bathroom. One of the ice machines was either out of ice or broke. They weren't even busy when we were there either.Food: 2/5
So just ordered food on the app for here and we spent $20 something on three breakfast sandwiches, a hash brown, large regular coffee and I bought a medium iced latte w/o the ice. So when we got our drinks I seen that my latte wasnt filled all the way, was told bc it had no ice in it thats what it was gunna be. Okay I suppose. But then I realized they also gave the size small cup. So we left and I checked the bag for 3 mcgriddles. Needless to say that it was 2 mcmuffins and 1 mcgriddle. Surprisingly they remembered the hash brown. I'm very upset that they couldn't read an order from the app correctly.
This is the closest McDonald's to where I live. They get my order wrong more than they get it right. But they are very nice about it and fix the issue so I appreciate that. Ice cream machine usually isn't working and I don't find out until I've already paid via the app and have a hard time getting a refund so I don't order ice cream that way anymore nor do I expect it to be available to purchase. My sandwiches are made wrong a lot or they give me a double cheeseburger instead of a triple one. I definitely never get more than what I paid for, always less. But the food hasn't made me feel sick so that's a good thing. Parking: Parking is decent however backing up could be an issue if someone is pulling in. Definitely should move very slow and be careful.
I have no idea how this is even a 3 star! I live in town and each morning before I go to work I order a large caramel frappe with extra Oreo and caramel topping! I always receive a sloppy and little or no Oreo at all so I end up paying extra. Each time I ask for it to be re made the manager tells me i can’t do that you always ask for us to make it again for you which takes up our time and holds up the line! She is beyond rude and never tells me her name! When I call she hangs it up and which now I am blocked from calling the McDonald’s myself which is very unprofessional!! When I go into the store and ask about the manager no one knows anything !!! I also receive my sandwiches either messy or not cooked thoroughly! They definitely need to hire someone who knows what they are doing! AND BY THE WAY THESE ARE HOW CARAMEL FRAPPES SHOULD BE MADE UPON REQUEST NO ONE COULD BE THIS LAZY TO DO IT THE OPPOSITE!!! Anyways this is how the other McDonald’s makes mine take tips!!!
This is not a comment on fast food workers. We all do what we have to do. This is a comment on the restaurant. I have never come here and ever gotten my food within a reasonable time or even gotten my order right. Not once. And I know these employees don't care. Why would they? Terrible job, terrible company. But this review is to let you know that in a pinch, you could do better for fast good. There's a Wendy's across the street.
I had a great experience today. My breakfast sandwich was perfect and made like it should be. Glad to see someone took pride in their job this morning.Food: 5/5
We first used the kiosk to order, and had 4 giftcards to pay. Everything went fine until after we swiped 3 of the 4 cards. That's when it said something about an over ring and completely voided my whole order. I had to completely reorder everything at the register, and everything worked fine that time. The cashier/server was very quick to resolve the issue and upsized everything that was able to be upside. Not sure what happened, but it was quickly fixed.
Just went there, ordered no cheese on burgers because of being lactose intolerant, and asked for no tomato or ketchup because of being allergic to tomatoes. Both burgers came with cheese and ketchup. I went back to get new ones made and they still came with cheese and ketchup. And while ordering, the worker kept laughing while I was ordering at the intercom and I could hear other workers shouting in the back, and the woman taking my order kept having me repeat it because she was laughing with coworkers instead of listening and taking the order. Definitely won't be going back here.
Two out of two times I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese., No pickles and extra onion. First time was extra pickle, no onion. This time was extra onion with pickles. I even asked twice if it was right. From now on, everyone behind can just wait a second while I check. If I go back.
Show up at 5:30 time of open in the morning. Yet nobody is available to take order. The own needs to retire and sell this place to a reputable owner and pay their employees decent. Shameful outrage lolFood: 3/5
