Loved this McDonald’s. probably the best one I have been to! The crew was super pumped and active and gave great service. Special shout out to Deb M. , Joanne and Stewart for being awesome at what they do!Food: 5/5

Always a fabulous visit at this location, easily the best one to go to in Guelph. However, I feel bad particularly for the owner on whoever they had repave their drive-thru lane. You could definitely tell it was hitting it’s age before the renovations took place. Now though, it seems almost more uncomfortable to drive through with the “paving job” done. Even more potholes and worn down areas than before! It also just looks plain ugly, if I was the owner I would ask for a refund!

By far the best McDonald's experience! The young man at the cash was incredibly friendly and helpful! We were there at noon and it was packed! The place was still clean and pleasant atmosphere. Our food still came out quickly and correct! And you could hear the team in the back communicating so amazingly and encouraging each other positively to get through the rush. Definitely not the experience u usually encounter at a McDonald's!!

I love curbside pickup! Ordered a quick lunch with the app and they had it out to me in 5 minutes. Friendly polite staff.Food: 4/5

Newly renovated, no self-serve drinks or accoutrements, not even napkins. The food was typical McDonald's taste/quality, service was quick and accurate, staff were friendly and helpful I was actually asked if everything was ok while sitting at the table, like a regular table service restaurant. My only complaint is that there aren't ketchup dispensers, only packets are available. I find packets are more wasteful and time consuming to deal with especially when you have kids that love ketchup. Parking: Lots of parking is available. Unfortunately the only way into the restaurant is walking past the drive through exit, which can be risky with little children and inattentive drivers.

I've never been compelled to review any restaurant before. The service from Abby and her staff was the nicest, most genuine and wholesome experience I've ever gotten going anywhere. Super sweet folks ready to brighten your day. Food was good too. 11/10 Food: 5/5

Went through the drive-thru on Saturday June 17, at 9:30am. The team that was on seemed happy. They were polite and seemed to have great energy. It was just refreshing, and different from my normal drive through experience. So it really stood out.Service: 5/5

How can you be so stupid? I order a burger without ketchup. You put a tag on the wrapper that says no ketchup. I open it up and there's ketchup. Wonder why you make minimum wage! WAKE UP AND DO YOUR JOB!

Newly renovated and looks really nice. Only downside is they seem to have switched away from the self serve ketchup to strictly ketchup packets. So you get a large fry and like 3 ketchup packets. Not sure what you're supposed to do to make that stretch.Food: 4/5

We knew that ordering at lunch would be a bit of a mess, but wow what a disaster ‍ We placed our order through the app for drive-thru pickup about 20 minutes ahead of time. At the order board, we gave the code and were told to pull up but the first window stopped us wanting to know what we forgot ‍ We explained we were picking up a mobile order, gave them the code, and pulled up to the 2nd window. The poor girl there! We felt so bad for her! Apparently the mobile orders weren’t getting sent up, so we pulled into the spot to wait. Another 20 minutes pass before our food came out but all of our ice cream was melted and we were missing a drink ‍ They replaced the cones but I never did get my drink PLEASE be patient and nice to the girl at the second window! She was GREAT!
