Dr. Kim and Dr. Son are the finest acupuncture doctors I have ever been to in my life. They are professional and caring. I would highly recommend Elim Acupuncture to everyone. They share the office with McDonald Chiropractic.
Doctor is amazing, Very helpful and caring. Seems to actually care about his job and his patients. The staff on the other hand is rude and have no compassion. Not understanding and plan crass. The masseuse feels she is above everything. The receptionist/nurse is deceitful and really make this whole experience not a good one. The doctor is great. His staff is not. Well you’ve lost my business.
My fiance came to see Dr. McDonald for back pain, which he had been experiencing for about 3 years. The doctor started him on spinal decompression treatments and within about 6 treatments, he had NO MORE back pain!! So incredible! He is able to walk move and exercise again at a level he thought might not be possible. Thank you so much, Dr. McDonald!!
I have had many Chiropractors over the years and Dr. McDonald is top notch! His treatments have always been impactful and he gets results quickly. I highly recommend his services and his Staff is always very accommodating.
Always an amazing adjustment, therapy and care! I always walk out feeling 100% after my appointment. Caring experienced doctor! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Not impressed. I came in for a groupon deal for an adjustment and two massages. Rather than pay groupon and take their fee, I offered to pay them the price directly. The adjustment was quick and was only done in my neck despite saying he would adjust the rest of my back. I was with him a total of 10 minutes. Not much for the "adjustment" portion. He told me I could trade my massage for an adjustment judging by the quick service- yea right. When I call to schedule my massage, turns out theres a $25 fee for "upgrading" to an adjustment. Bogus. I hope the therapist is good because the staff and quick adjustment are obvious signs of "you're a groupon customer so we won't take care of you as well". Nice looking office but wouldn't recommend based on customer service and lack of communication for why the adjustment was so quick and felt unfinished.
Dr. McDonald was extremely helpful with his equipment for decompression of the lower back. He helped me tremendously with the decompression, with adjustments, and massage. i went from barely being able to walk to nearly complete freedom from pain. Even though I no longer live in the Desert area if my pain returns I will make the drive about 70 miles to use his services.
Simply put - AMAZING! Now here's the longer version. I initially came to Dr. McDonald for chiropractic services. It was here that I was introduced to his weight loss programs. After struggling for years to lose some weight and change my eating habits/ lifestyle, I decided to try the 20 day detox program. This was definitely hard, but the idea behind the 20 days is that it takes that long to break/ make habits. I did this along with some lipo light sessions. Through the process I came to understand that food is so psychological and that my habits were actually very bad. I just ended the 20 days and I have a whole new outlook on food and my relationship to it. I used to crave sweets. And when I say crave sweets, that's actually an understatement! I don't have 1 ounce of desire to eat anything sweet and can even say no to that aisle is the grocery store or when someone offers me something sweet. It's totally mind boggling to me, but the detox really works. I just make better eating decisions and they come so naturally now that I've done this detox. I lost 11 pounds and 7 inches from my stomach area, not to mention my legs and back also lost inches! All my clothes fit again and are even loose now! I could go on and on about the program that I did, but I think that does it justice. I have been given a whole new perspective on eating, managing my weight and maintain my health now because of Dr. McDonald and his staff. I still have 15-20 pounds that I'd like lose and I am going to do it with the help of them! On top of it all, the staff is amazing. Holly is so personable and goes above and beyond for patients. She really made a difference in my process and made things so easy and understandable. Dr. McDonald will be my go to from now on, and it will be for more than just chiropractic reasons. I would definitely recommend Dr. McDonald to anyone and everyone. Try for yourself and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Dr. McDonald and his staff are extremely caring and provide excellent treatments. I have a chronic neck issue from a past motor vehicle accident and my treatments at the clinic have alleviated the headaches and soreness that are associated with it. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with chronic or acute pain issues. They are terrific!!
Groupon comment. You wait seem forever and then not get service appointment you came for the first place and have to return. Patient is incovenienced because they are running late. As per front desk staff, Groupon is for new customers only even if u r looking at other services they offer. Dr. seem personalble but they rush thru their services kinda feeling of assembly line: "Next, ... next ..."
