The McGregor Volunteer Fire Department provides emergency services to the City of McGregor and the surrounding area, the MVFD covers 110 square miles.
The McGregor Volunteer Fire Department is a 100% volunteer Fire Department that provides emergency services to the City of McGregor and the surrounding area. The McGregor Fire Department covers 110 square miles, one airport, Space X, two Highways, and around 10,000 people. The Fire Department prides itself on its ability to cover the 911 district and still maintain a community involvement.
The Fire Department relies heavily on donations from the community as well as grants from the State of Texas and the Federal Government.
This Facebook page has been created so the community can follow along with MVFD and to let us know how we are doing. With that being said, any derogatory or threatening comments pertaining to the fire department or the members of the fire department will be deleted and that follower will be banned and blocked from the page. This is a family friendly page and will be used for the betterment of the community only.
