McHose Park

Well taken care of beautiful park with lots of places for kids and adults to go and hike or just hangout. Lots of trash and broken tree branches in the road.

McHose has something for everyone! Set along the wooded banks of Honey Creek there are plenty of places to picnic, disc golf, swim, play, or simply admire nature. Plus this hidden gem of a sledding hill. Its worth your time any season of the year. Come to eat your lunch or come to spend all day.

Great park for exploring. It has a little of everything: trails, walking path, pool, tennis courts, dog park, disc golf, shelters for family gatherings.

Decent size park to go for a walk, have a picnic, and get a history lesson as well.

It's the only place in Boone besides the ledges that I enjoy going and getting away from town to breathe, think and enjoy the peace and quiet while enjoying the scenery. I also love that every time I come here which is often I see a lot of deer and I get to enjoy myself watching them close

Good little softball Field l. Only con is homeruns you have to scream at the people in the tennis courts that are just past the fence.

L9ve it it's a beautiful park and my husband and I got married there as well!!

Pretty clean, but the dog... apparatuses were a bit worn. Plenty of shade and seating. Two differ areas which was super nice

What a perfect picnic spot! It is a gem off of hwy 30. Multiple tables. Clean bathroom. If you are a disc golf fan, WOW!

Great park! Best thing in Boone. I met a three legged dog here. I didn't catch his name, but if you see him, tell him "Hi" for me. He was very friendly.
