I wish I could give 10 stars! Dr. Morris has helped me through some rough times recently and helped me look at my life from a new perspective. I now incorporate mindfulness techniques into my everyday life and feel less stressed and anxious each and everyday with the new tools he has armed me with. After reading another review on here, I’m confused as anyone could ever think anything else of him and his staff are very up front with billing. They let me know when I owe and even when I was due a refund. Insurance is most definitely a pain especially with mental health so thank you for the open communication! I recommend seeing Dr. Morris if you are struggling with ANYTHING and would feel confident that any of his staff would be incredible as well. Thank you Dr. Morris!

We took our daughter to see Dr. Morris for psychological testing, specifically concerns with ADHD along with some other behavioral issues, and we were interested in options that would not immediately include recommendation for medication. Dr. Morris listened and understood. We left with our results and recommendations feeling validated and optimistic. Our daughter is currently thriving and we can’t suggest this office enough! Dr. Morris does have a wait but he is worth it!

Warning, office is unwilling to work with clients and billing them incorrectly. Dr. Deleganis is amazing but the office is incorrectly billing insurance and refuses to fix the issues even with Bcbs explaining benefits to them. Unfortunately, Dr. Morris, the owner, will come back with unfounded facts to argue his case here and I will not be able to comment. It’s sad that they would rather argue then look at the facts. Patients, please BEWARE and look at your bill for discrepancies.

Dr.Bass and her team offer great medical care. I have gone through so many therapists and I have finally found Dr. Bass who is very knowledgeable about mental illness and living a healthy lifestyle. She provides tools that have resolved my anxiety and I am happy for the first time in my life. Thank you to Dr. Bass and her team! I highly recommend her and any other therapists at this place of business!

The process of finding the right psychologist can be a challenging and frustrating one at best. At McKinney Neuropsych, you are not treated like just another number to fill a time slot, that then mindlessly collects your copayment. That won’t happen here! They go above and BEYOND, every time. We have worked with Dr. Bass, Dr. Morris, and Dr. Gayoso over the years. Each provider has taken the time to answer our questions, thoroughly explain tests results, and make recommendations for special needs child. Unfortunately, our insurance had some outstanding claims and was in no rush to submit payment for the approved services. Nevertheless, Dr. Bass didn’t discontinue services. She understood the need for continuity of care and was unwilling to allow delayed payments from the insurance company to interfere! Good luck finding this level of compassion and professionalism anywhere else! You couldn’t ask for a most supportive and attentive staff and group of providers!

I highly recommended this office to my friends and family. I have been a client at this office since December of 2017 and the office has been consistently efficient with scheduling. My check ins are quick and easy. Dr. Bass has helped me so much personally. I’m personally grateful for her expertise and how she has helped me. Thank you to each of you who make this place possible.

Definitely an huge improvement over his older office, Dr. PHILLIP MORRIS works so well with testing children and people of all ages. He had a unique ability to gain his client's confidence and the children's trust. I would not take my child or family anywhere else. They are friendly, fast, and kind at this new location.

Little by little it seems as though this place is trying to scam. I was referred to this office by Centria Autism Services. From the very first visit I was informed there "may or may-not " be an academic testing which would cost me out of pocket $500. Although I was informed by Hannah with Centria Services that my evaluation and appointments was covered by our Cigna Insurance. Then when I met with the doctor, Micholyn Gayoso she spoke in circles that when I cam the next visit and brought my son for the evaluation there would be 2 co-pays for ONE visit. The reasoning behind this sound shady-but I played along with it. Mental note Then they called to change our appointment, which is fine because I could adjust my schedule. Also during my first visit Micholyn had mentioned that during my sons evaluation I would have to stay in the office the entire time. She mentioned we have free Wifi. Well here I am this morning and when asked for the wifi which I was told they have. Come to find out its a 30 minute free trial. When I asked the front office person "Do you have to pay for the WiFI" she looked confused and said no/I dont know. I told her its saying only 30 mins is free. They you have to pay $2.95 an hour. My deal is if I am paying you not one but two co-pays for ONE office visit. As well as be required to sit in the office the ENTIRE time of the evaluation. Allow me free wifi access so that I may work. It's misleading and once again making me wonder if Centria Autism is familiar with where they are sending their referrals.

They've listened to me intently all the while never being judgemental or placing blame. They provided me with steps on how to reduce stress in my life. Help was given to resolve any issues that I was having. I've always been treated with respect from the office staff and my therapist. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.
