Dr Markos is very thorough, patient and compassionate. She listens before speaking and allows the patient to be a part of and guide the treatment plan. Behind her is a staff that are efficient, friendly and professional. So thankful to have Dr Markos as my primary care provider.
I heard of Dr.Baker from my mother he had come highly recommended. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr.Baker and his office staff. They are extremely kind and helpful when it comes to being a new patient. Dr.Baker takes his time to listen and give recommendations on what he thinks is best for your goals. I look forward to our progress together.
Hannah is a wonderful provider, always very friendly and professional. She really listens. Hannah's assistant was also very nice and so was Samantha, the lab tech. The girls in the front should work on being more friendly.
Both, Dr. Berg and Dr. Morkos, are phenomenally caring and competent. Their nurses top-notch, personable, and friendly. In fact, I can say the same for the front office staff as well as the lab staff. Have been a patient of Dr. Berg’s for over 15 years.
Sandra is not your typical health care provider. Each and every time that I have been her patient, she was not in the room to just get everything done and over with- she actually cared! She listened and asked questions that were important, but with a caring heart. She is truly a health care professional‐ with a caring heart!
Dr Baker is easily the best dude ever. He takes the time to talk thru everything and never rushes us out of the office. He is thorough, knowledgeable and honest. My husband and I trust Dr Baker with everything and he has earned two forever customers. We love Dr Baker and he’s our PCP forever!!!
Dr. Berg is a fantastic provider, I absolutely loved my visit with her. Her facility is beautiful with a nice open view of everything, with that being said, I cannot believe such a beautiful facility allows for staff to be covered in tattoos and piercings. From the moment I was checked in to the moment I was scheduling my next appointment all I saw was staff with tattoos and ungodly piercings. I may be too old, but I just cannot fathom such a prestigious doctor would have that sort of staff. I look forward to continuing to see Dr. Berg and I will have to turn a blind eye to the staff.
Called Dr. Baker's office this morning because of illness and was able to have a tele-visit later in the same morning. He gave me the time I needed, listened and responded appropriately and respectfully and prescribed the meds I needed. He's one of the best doctors I've ever had.
I appreciate Hannah not only for me, but for my daughter as well. She is incredibly patient and ensures every question / concern is answered. She takes her time and never rushes. Truth be told, this location is not the closest for us; however it's worth it knowing the impeccable care we receive from Hannah and the staff at West McKinney!
Mrs. Sandra Rogers is wonderful, fabulous, amazing, super compassionate, extremely thorough and knowledgable. She always provides myself and my husband with the most excellent care. I cannot recommend her highly enough! :
