Only thing I can pick apart about this place is there's no overnight parking. So gotta show up at appointment. Other than that great delivery. Plenty of signs telling you where to park and check in. People were nice. Plenty of maneuvering room. 42 minutes from check in to paperwork in hand leaving the gate. I'll take this load every time happily.

Redundant receiving protocols, rude staff, long wait if you plan to unload yourself. Can't use power equipment for safety reasons but they have no problem with you breaking your back to move 1 ton pallets with a hand jack. One of the worst Mclanes to deliver to.

Super friendly staff, showed up an hr early and got a door right away. Took about an hr to unload. They use capstone for the lumper payment, which was a breeze. Then pulled back around front for my paperwork. Plenty of room to maneuver, super easy check in/out.

Typical California bullsh!t. Lumper fees and lots of waiting. Would recommend if you love to sit and wait

Appt was 5am out at 6;43am. Everyone was friendly the lady at the check in desk was very friendly don't believe the rude remarks about her or the facility. I believe her name was Marisol very polite

In 20 years in the driving industry, it’s the first time I have been in a Class A facility in all the area from the receiving lady Marisol to the unloading personal great customer service. I will definitely come back here, thank you very much for all your great work. Misionero Trucking LLC

Good place to unload. Very consistent. Check in 30 mins prior, get door assignment, back in has ample space, take paper and seal to near door 27 to Check in with lumber. They will send link to pay. Normally in and out in 1.5 hour.

Receiving office hours according to the sign outside the gate. M-F 4am-1pm

Really Nice people and quick loading took 20 min..

This is my second time delivering here. Checked in 3 am, at dock 3:20 , paid lumper fee and checked out at 4:00. Super cool staff.
