McShea Insurance has been fantastic to work with. We just switched to their agency after they were able to save us considerable money on both our home and auto insurance. They were highly professional and extremely responsive, which we very much appreciate.
I have been with McShea for 5 or 6 years now. They are very knowledgeable but, more importantly, they respond to my needs quickly and effectively. They met me at the office on a Saturday to get a new car license plate to me … & that on a holiday weekend! McShea always finds me a better deal, whenever a policy price rises. They are looking out for me!
Hello. After receiving a letter from you I changed two homeowners’ policies from another company to McShea. After compaing the policies, I decided to go with McShea. Tori is handling the changeover. Several times I had questions and asked Tori for a callback, instead I received a text. She never called to introduce herself, she handled everything by text which I thought was so impersonal. The other company never did that. They made you feel like your business was a priority. I was disappointed. Diane Aiello
Overall, I’ve had a fairly good experience, however recently it hasn’t been as great. People have taken a while to get in touch with me, and not been great about communicating all information well and positively. Providing as much information as possible to customers, it’s probably one of the best ways to help. Providing them with little information about what is going on and having them have to ask 1 million questions is not helpful. It appears many companies have forgotten that customers are supposed to come first and that’s why they’re in business

Megan found what seems to be optimum coverage for our vacation home. She also makes sure that the renewal process happens smoothly and without lapse. Fortunately we have not had any claims to process.

McShea has gone above and beyond for me as their client. Their team secured coverage on my Nantucket property within hours after I reached out. I was in need of coverage ASAP since my policy was canceled with my previous agency unbeknownst to me for underwriting guidelines… & McShea delivered. After the inspection, my agent at McShea Megan negotiated with the insurance company’s underwriter about some minor recommendations about the property. Dealing with insurance companies can be aggravating but I truly appreciate the efforts from Megan. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! You’re definitely in good hands with Megan and the employees at McShea…10/10 would recommend.
