Medical Associates of Henrietta

I've lived in Henrietta for awhile and needed to establish a PCP. Was able to become a patient here and Dr Patel has been great. I have been able to get appointments when needed and the staff is very friendly.

I had a horrible experience at a different doctors office. I came here in search of a new practice. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I see Mitchell Hoyson, MD. He is so wonderful I can’t even describe it. He is kind, and patient. He listened to all concerns I had, and genuinely cared about me and my concerns. It’s so hard nowadays to find a doctor and practice that people feel welcomed to. My appointment wasn’t rushed, he clearly and kindly explained things to me without judgment or criticism. With ZERO exaggeration, I can say that my heart is full knowing that I’m being taken care of by someone so genuinely passionate about healthcare.

I recently changed over to follow my PCP, Dr. Soriano and her team from Lifetime Medical. As I still love my doctor and her nurses, it is so frustrating that they now work for a practice that care less for the patients and more about the numbers. They clearly overbook appointments and have left myself and other patients in the waiting room for over an hour. The receptionist was rude when I asked her if I had an estimated time as to when I should expect to be called 45 minutes after my scheduled appt time which I was 15 minutes early for, as requested. Don't book an appointment here if you plan to do anything else with your day.

I absolutely love Dr. Sillick. He spends so much time with you to make sure all your needs, questions and concerns are met. It doesnt matter how long it takes. His staff is also amazing on mychart always following up to see how you're feeling. I'm so thankful that I'm not just another number or paycheck there I dont care how far I'd have to drive. He will always be my primary care doctor!!!

Horrible Doctors office, Dr. gift and as well as the tall guy, won't even write for nausea and Ulcer Calitus meds when I have UC, basically told me that if I want my meds then I have to do a drug test, urine screen...like really, all of a sudden, never had to take one b4 the 3 yrs I've been a patient there...not to mention the doctor was dropping f bombs every 10 seconds, very unprofessional! And yes, this was just a normal visit. They need to get some professionals in there. Unbelievable!
