Highly recommend!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sports garden is a fun, clean, safe place for people of all ages. Definitely family friendly!! The fields are a great place for kids to run around and people to practice individually or as a team. The CrossFit gym is extremely welcoming too.The coaches and members make up one big family. The owners, Sarah and Josh, are amazing! They are always incredibly kind, helpful and hardworking. You can tell they put their heart and soul into the garden!

Rochester is lucky to have this indoor sports facility! It's well managed, clean and has a lot to offer basketball, soccer, CrossFit, batting cages and more!. It's a great local business run by kind individuals, Makes it possible for adults and kids to enjoy sports year round in Rochester!

Proud customer for nearly 20 years, I can assure you that Josh, Mike, Sarah, Todd and the rest of the employees at RSG are great people, always willing to help make your experience fun and safe. The Rochester Sports Garden is a model sports and recreational facility that caters to all ages and I highly recommend for any athlete beginner to pro who wants to enjoy a clean, secure quality experience.

I absolutely love it here! I go to the RSG CrossFit and have used the facility as well! The staff is always so nice and super helpful. It is always very clean and such a great atmosphere every time I go!

What's up with the refs at this facility? They seem to favor one team over another, time again and again, and management seems to not care about it. There are too many fights and aggression. It's not safe for kids. The owner does not have ability to resolve issues and take actions against bad and racist referees.

Unsafe for kids as mostly goons play here. Referees are untrained and often not able to act fairly, which instigates unnecessary fights and, therefore, injuries. Management does not train or take any actions against bad referees.

Awesome place to play. Great place for all ages and anyone interested playing in leagues. Staff and management are awesome. You can tell they care about their business.

I like playing basketball here but there was a guy harassing a handful of people and shooting the ball on the court and disrupting games going on, then proceeded to messing with our team words were exchanged between me a buddy and him the wanted to start to fight, after that he was kicked out for the night then walked right by the desk and assaulted one of my teammates so I went and defended my teammate so now im kicked out for a year for defending my teammate i get i was involved but after that. The fact i was told by someone at the desk and multiple refs i was good and to proceed to play the game then now not being told i was suspended even when they said i was good is crazy

Love it here. Staff are always available for any questions/concerns/or just want to chat. The CrossFit gym is incredibly inviting, friendly and a safe space for all athletes no matter where they’re currently starting from. Never had an issue with this facility and look forward to going everyday. Highly recommend!

There for soccer shots staff handled 4 and 5 year old's great.
