MediLodge of Mt. Pleasant

Everyone has been so awesome. Someone has always been available for a question or just a friendly conversation. Medilodge has been a great help, with excellent staff, that are very attentive. I also, somewhat work in the same field of caregivers. So, when I witness them treating their clients like human beings that means a lot to me, We all deserve compassion,Thank you so much!

First opinion was beautiful facility,amazing environment. Staff was polite and helpful. The residents i was able to see looked happy and healthy. All you can really ask for sometimes i suppose.

I interviewed at Medilodge in Mt. Pleasant, As I was in the parking lot a staff member was on break and I asked for directions into the building, She was very nice and helpful, as I entered into the building the staff were helpful and nice they greeted me with a smile and kindness, One staff member helped me check in on the kiosk, I didn’t even have to ask for help. The interview process was very professional and informative, I toured the facility with The DON Amber she is knowledgeable of her staff and the residents. I also received several hugs, very nice environment. The residents I met along the way were smiling and seemed to be enjoying the day.

The environment and staff were always top notch. They took excellent care of my mother and she thrived while she was there. A great & trustworthy facility to care for your loved ones. Thank you especially to Lisa & Jasmine, who always went above and beyond, and to the rest of the staff as well! You’re all very appreciated!!

This place is horrible for rehabilitation. My friend had hip surgery and was sent here. They have not gotten him moving in 4 day. There is never anyone to talk to about his care, nor will anyone answer calls or return calls. Staff there seems to "pass the buck" to people who never show up there. If you have someone who needs rehabilitation after surgery, please find somewhere else for them to go.

Excellent communication & clean environment...my uncle looked good & cared for. Our visit was accommodating & our visitation room ready. We really appreciated Paula's willingness to help solve a a problem! Thank-you, for the teamwork that I saw people working together. Blessings to all the staff at Medilodge!

The MediLodge team here is wonderful! I have seen so many success stories come with our resident's journey's and it's absolutely incredible. The precautions taken not only during the pandemic outbreak, but at all times to keep our residents and staff safe are amazing. There is so much joy in this building and the management team are always trying to come up with ways to make it enjoyable for residents, families and staff!

The staff genuinely care about each and every resident that walks into the facility. This has been by far my favorite job that I have ever had. This facility feels like home, and that is b/c of the staff that I get to work with along with the residents. Both the staff and the residents welcome everyone with arms wide open. It is a great atmosphere to be apart of! :

My mother went to Medilodge for rehab after a short hospital stay. I feel she received great care. The staff at Medilodge was happy to answer all questions our family had regarding mom's care, rehab and insurance. My mother really enjoyed all of the staff and especially the therapy staff. She also loved all of the activities that they offered, her favorite being bingo. Our family was extremely satisfied with all areas of her care and will recommend Medilodge to all of our friends and family who are faced with the hard decision of where to send a loved one who needs rehab or long term care.
