Baylor Scott & White MedProvider treats adults and is pleased to provide the Dallas community with comprehensive, quality medical care in a comforting environment. Our physicians are board certified and assist patients with managing chronic medical concerns such as diabetes, hypertension, depression and cholesterol. In addition, our physicians believe in the importance of preventive care as a means to maintaining good health and quality of life.

• Treatment of acute illness including respiratory infection, strep, influenza and gastroenteritis
• Preventive health including cholesterol screening, mammogram screening, colon cancer testing, prostate cancer screening as well as immunizations
• Chronic disease management including arthritis, asthma, diabetes, emphysema, hypertension and thyroid disorders
• Full imaging services including x-ray, MRI, ultrasound, CT scan and bone density scanning.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We are committed to promoting good health and recommend that every patient has an annual exam; this allows us to evaluate your overall health and ensure that you are not developing unexpected health issues or illnesses. During your annual exam, we update your known conditions, as well as look for any new health issues that may need to be treated or observed.
