Bus station with shelter at a very convenient location. This station mainly caters for Megabus, Redcoach and long distance express bus Sugarloaf - 103A boarding. This place is clean and spacious. Station is located above Civic center Marta station. Social Security and IRS offices are located very near to this place.
Pretty good Transit and transfer station not the cleanest no bathroom it closed at 2 am you can catch the gold line train to the airport from here lot of patrons always busy try not to lay over but awesome security from the marta police is always on patrol.
Marta or Atlanta Police needs to manage crowd during rush hours. This is bus stop, look people just don’t care or bother to follow any directions. Hope the mayor or city help clean up this mess. -Today 11/5/19 Atlanta civic center bus stop made history... OMG the side walk was clean.. what happened, I thought I was getting off bus in a different city. So officials do know how to clean up. Hope leadership take initiative to maintain this area.
On July 10th I caught the Megabus from the Peachtree St NW location. I wasn't to crazy about standing outside waiting for bus. But the driver for the ATL route to Columbia, SC at 10am made my trip a whole lot better. The bus was cleaned and the driver kept us updated on any changes, stops and road conditions. He was Awesome!! I arrived to my destination on time and feeling better about waiting for bus outside.. lol. Kudos to the driver again Route ATL to Columbia, SC on July 10 at 10am
Megabus stole my money and would not refund. I bought a ticket to Nashville the payment went through but never received the ticket confirmation. I called and was told to email customer service. I did several times and sent them a screen shot of the text I received from my bank proving the deduction. This company is a rip off and I will continue to tell people not to use this service. It was my first time so after that awful thieving experience by Megabus I stick with dependable Greyhound and Amtrak always dependable and always on time.
Took this bus three times and I love it. Only problem is that I wish they would improve with the wifi. The ride was quick the third time I took it. Got to New Orleans at exactly 6:20a.m. They make two stops if your traveling during the day. Great prices
I put 2.50 on my Breeze card on they website with my cash app. It took my money but when I tried getting on the bus the driver said that there wasn't any money on the card. This embarrassing experience cause me to be late for work and put at risk being terminated from my job. A thief doesn't sit well me
Wow! Picked up a family member that came in town via Megabus! & needless to say it went really well. Lost luggage. I filed a report and was contacted and told it was not found. Employees informed me in D.C. that the Driver took it to their Hub in New Jersey. It was tagged with my name. After a year, no further correspondence from Mega Bus. Trip was good otherwise. Would love to have possessions back.
This was the worst experience ever the supervisor was about like 75 years old being disrespectful telling the bus driver to keep the doors closed and dont let anyone on or off the bus he wouldnt even let a pregnant lady use the bathroom and he was laughing and smoking a ciggarette and held us in the heat for about an hour and a half . He let a bus pull off with out it full so people got left and he was also telling people to get a refund and the next bus was like at midnight.
