Love the whole place! I didn't realize how crazy awesome it was when I got the movie tickets. The only reason we came is because the movie we wanted to see wasn't playing anywhere else. Such a cool spot! Loved the reclining seats and heaters. And the way the theater is set up like a little town blew my mind!
saw Oppenheimer in the IMAX theater and the movie was GREAT. what was not great was the horribly managed food order experience. whether you ordered ahead via the app or you stood in line to order, the experience was 25+ minutes for all customers. the staff told us this has been going on for 9 months and i've now experienced it 3 times in the last month. the staff recommended we write a review in hopes of someone, somewhere in management getting this fixed. in the mean time they said they give refunds constantly
I love how big this theater is but it would be nice if they worked on their pre-paid set up. Maybe split it and have it on both sides since you really aren't preparing the b orders ahead of time. You can feel the excitement the moment you walk in the doors. It's magical especially in times like this. So grand, so clean and so friendly.
The staff was friendly and the facility was nice and clean and up-to-date. We love the general look of the lobby. It is so fun for the kids.
Ordering tickets and snacks online is very easy, and order pickup is seamless. Seating is good, facility is massive, interesting, clean and staff was friendly .Great job guys. Only thing I'd change is the popcorn salt, it's not the yellow butter flavored most of us grew up with.
This movie theatre is fun with the inside decorated as a city block. There's a convenient parking garage right across the street if there's no parking in the immediate parking garage. The snack bar area was a mad house and a little confusing, from my understanding according to my friend. Not everyone knew where or how to order. Reclining seats were large and convertible with a tray table. We were able to see and hear the movie very clearly.
I have been going to Megaplex Theatres at Jordan Commons since it was built, and I have never had a bad experience. They have great customer service with employees that have been there for 10 plus years. Jordan Commons is always clean to include their restrooms. The theaters sound quality and seating are unsurpassed. I used to live in Sandy, but I am now downtown Salt Lake, but I still make the commute to Jordan Commons to view movies.
Fun time at the movies! Clean open atmosphere. Comfy reclining seats. Real butter popcorn!
I like this theater but I didn’t care for it being used as a business conference center. The projectors were not properly keystoned, the audio was ok, and seemed like outside our own organizers the staff were not helping all that much. I did like how they gave us access to the Coke Freestyle!
Such a great experience! Wonderful theater, staff, service and food. Had an amazing time! Saw the Meg 2 in luxury 3d for the 1st time for my daughter's sweet 16 and it was such a fun adventure!
