I love this place. The theater is pretty big and has lots of screens. I have watched 2 movies here in the past few weeks and was happy both times. There is not a lot of street parking and it is best to park in the parking garage. The prices for tickets are on the cheaper side but the food is pretty pricey - around $4 for a small soda. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and kind. The screens are good quality and each theater has premium seating if you want to pay a little bit more. The premium seating allows you to recline your chair, put up a foot rest, and also a heating option which was so lovely! The bathrooms are always clean as are the screens.

The theater was clean and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The popcorn is great, especially when you request layered butter. The coca-cola mixed drink machines are super fun to use, but if you like your classic flavor I'd recommend requesting the person assisting you at the register to fill up your drink behind the counter.

All of the self serve soda machines were under service, and out of order, AND they were recommended by the staff. The seats were great, but they charged a premium fee for them and they didn't have good enough service to back up the price. On the weekend. Wish i could give it higher, I love downtown Ogden.

Took our son in law who always goes to the mall. They don't refill popcorn there.  You guys do!! Major PLUS!!!  Especially for a 3 hour movie!!! Excellent customer service guys!!! Much love for all your hard work !!! Most of all for being there on the holidays!!! That all ready is a bummer!!! I don't go on holidays but kudos to you all for being there!!!

I love going to the megaplex theater. I usually come about once a week. I have loved the luxury seats. Today we came and went to the assigned theater. They got new luxury seats and they were so uncomfortable. So much smaller than the ones I’ve been in before. I was very uncomfortable the whole time. When I let  The manager know, he was very understanding and accommodating . I still love the theater but I will not be paying extra for being uncomfortable anymore.

I took my son to Megaplex we have always liked it the prices are a lot better now and the food prices are better my son has gone there and he really likes the d-box chairs every little noise from the movie the chairs move every bullet and chairs move with every bullet sound if a car is going down the hill and it's going over bumps you'll feel it in your chair he really liked it anyway whenever we go together now that everything the prices are more affordable the only thing I missed from way back was the part that used to have it's all just regular floor and when you look above you with some kind of metal mesh or something it still looks like the theater but you know you always remember when you're smaller walking in the theater and the wall to wall thick carpet you stepped on I've never been great for change but it is a very nice place to visit

I know part of it was because of the time of our show,  but it was great. Ordered our tickets online and got the luxury seating for the first time. I loved it.  Comfy,  can recline,  heated seats if desired, and an automatic tray to come with. We saw Thor Love and Thunder. Great movie. Consessions was fast which you can also order online with your tickets,  but didn't explore that option. The girl who rung us up didn't know the ice cream flavors which was a bummer. Got a cookie dough shake instead,  and wish I would have stuck with the ice cream.  Not enough cookie dough,  filled over the top like they do at iceberg. Started melting fast and got a bit on my shirt. Not the cooling off I was expecting,  but still ok shake but won't get again. It was overall a good experience. Wish more elevators in the parking,  but still a good workout to burn some of those calories.

I feel like prices are going up for everything and the theater is no exception however my mother bought us a popcorn tub from there and she was under the impression that it was free refills come to find out it costs about almost $4 to fill it up every time which is still a great deal but I think they need to make that more clear to people when buying them she bought two for just over $90 because we like to have popcorn at home for movie Nights and also when we go to the theater every once in awhile but theater popcorn is the best in my opinion.  So just when selling the tubs for the refill popcorn tubs, please make it clear to other people that they do cost a small fee every time to fill them up, please.

It was a great luxury seat and the movie was great although the captions were a scosh annoying. There was also a dead cockroach in the bathroom which bugged me… pun intended. Also seems like that could be indicative of a bug infestation. Also someone in the theater smelled like BO. Other than that it was a great time and I’ll probably go again.

Excellent theater! Lots of parking available with a structure next to the building. The popcorn was delicious! $20 for the large bucket did seem a bit excessive. I might have been charged wrong, the employee who rang me up seemed a bit dismissive.
