Description

The Granada Theater is run and staffed completely by volunteers. The main source of revenue for the theater is cinema admissions, concessions and donations. The Granada shows movies Friday, through Monday during the year. According to film experts, it is being said that by 2013, 35mm films will no longer be available. Therefore, the theater will be unable to operate. The Granada Theater Board is launching a campaign for funding a new digital projector and sound system. This equipment will also have 3D capabilities.

Awesome admission fees. Reasonable low prices on snacks. Very good seating, atmosphere, cleanliness, service, sound and up to date movies. Offers 3-D movies as well. Family friendly. Overall GREAT theater with the best prices around. Worth the drive!

This theater was started and ran by  Milton and Irene Buck  more then 50 years ago.The building has been remodeled, but their legacy remains. They wanted children and families to have a place for fun.  What better way to spend some family time then a movie and popcorn. Oxford tickets to see the movie is probably the cheapest around the are . Making it easy to have a family night

saw the movie ulysses with my cousin in the old theater in 1954. there was a balcony. great memories!
