So, we went to see the Barbie Movie, probably wouldn't be my first choice, but entertaining nonetheless. Having had a large collection of Barbies in my youth which I wish I'd had hung to, well, it made the movie that much more entertaining...lol. The staff there was amazing, from the greeters at the entrance; the concession stand personnel; to those who came in to sweep and clean up after each movie viewing remember to thank these folks too. The restrooms were well kept and clean also. Lots of fun!
We always have a great time at the Megaplex theaters. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the concession stands they have a lot of options, that other theaters don't have the gelato and flots are so good.
Excellent concession stand choices, clean and comfortable seating, plus online ticket purchase options make for a wonderful viewing experience. Excellent location and very competitive ticket prices make this movie theater an easy choice, highly recommended.
I forgot to get my ticket for The Creator early so I had a standard seat alone instead of a luxury seat by my homies. The seat wasn't uncomfortable, but I wish I had more of a reclined angle and a tray and my own armrests. Not saying the standard seats are bad, by any means, I'm just used to the high quality luxury seats. Also it was totally my fault for not getting the ticket sooner lol. I rate the movie a 4.5/5 stars if ur wondering
Great to have clean movie theaters to attend. It does make the experience less than great when there is only one employee working the front concession counter and they move at a snails pace. Popcorn was good and one refill was available for the large. Drinks were via the Coke Freestyle machine so almost limitless choices. The actual movie theater was pretty good as far as layout. Chairs were clean, comfortable, and a decent width. Reclining chairs were available for some of the seating, but at an increased cost. Reserved seating. One negative was the movie, which was closed captioned we discovered when the film started, had the captions so low that they were cut off and unreadable. If you’re going to disrupt the movie by having subtitles, they really should be readable.
Easy access & convenient experience from getting tickets online, choosing snacks & refreshments to just being able to print out our tickets when we got there, then picking up our treats from the snack bar to adding more snacks before going into the movie. Very pleasant & relaxing environment.
The theater itself is fine once you can get in there. I'm not familiar with the area. I missed the turn just east of the place & then you end up on the freeway. And then I tried going in on the west side by the mall & you have to drive clear around to the other side of it on the south end only...which I didn't realize at first. Once inside, it was the very last theater...& not many people around....alot of walking to get down to the last theater there.
Was greeted kindly, directed to the popcorn and treats area around the corner then guided to the correct theater. Very clean restrooms. Wonderful customer service. I was then thanked for coming in after we left the theater from the cleanup crew.
Good experience watching Spiderman. Great sound, nice seats. Ticket guy was nice and friendly. The only weird thing were the workers at the end who clean the theater- they stood during the credits and basically stared at us with a look of, "When are you going to leave so we can start cleaning up?" That was a little weird and the workers looked like D&D players who come out of the basement once a quarter to see the light of day.
Saw The Creator 1230pm on a Tuesday, good show. Only four people in the theater. There is no staff at the ticket counter, and staff at concessions did ask from member ID for points. Inconvenient for in theater purchases, one must get refills, etc, by exiting the front entrance. This place lacks in customer service experience.
