Ollie55 strives to provide luxury garments to dog owners and lovers alike. Peter Simmonds, who created Ollie55 after years in the fashion world working with companies like Nautica and Kenneth Cole, continues to be the company’s mentor. He transferred the main operations of the company to Peter Hamblett, who now operates the Ollie55 with his business partner Andrew Eddington. Ollie55 is still based in Mill Valley and we hope to build a strong connection to the local residents, businesses and organizations.
We currently offer ties, sweaters and scarves with bold, colorful and stylish designs. As our luxury brand grows and expands, we will introduce beachwear and home décor items. We continue to honor Peter’s vision as a company that will not compromise excellence and style.
Ties
Ollie55 silk ties feature a variety of dog breeds and the "55" logo in colorful and bold geometric designs. The versatile color palette and clever design translates well for both workplace and casual events. When you are wearing one of our ties you can be confident that you are stylishly representing your favorite pet. Ollie55 ties will be the staple accessories in your wardrobe. All of our ties are made in the United States.
Sweaters
Ollie Five Five sweaters are unequivocal and heirloom quality. While working in the field, Peter realized that sweaters constructed with 12-gage cashmere were more durable and fashionable. They were able to carry more vibrant colors and were more resistant to pilling. Peter hand selected Scottish mills for Ollie Five Five’s woven products. Our Sweaters will remain soft and comfortable for years to come.
Our sweaters also feature an embroidered “55” logo on the sleeve and a notably strong attachment where the sleeves meet with the body as a mark of excellence and craftsmanship. Our women’s sweaters are fitted to flatter the figure while maintaining comfort.
Scarves
Our scarves are printed in two color combinations, one predominately orange with warm tones and the other that is blue with cool accents. Both prominently feature the 55 logo. This logo was designed by Peter Simmonds in 2007 in order to tie the brand to a recognizable symbol regardless of what breed appears on our products. The oversized scarf is versatile enough to wrap, tie or wear.
