Since I work in Kokomo now, sometimes I stop at a store before I come home. I went to Meijers thinking I was at Walmart, I know, and I have a license to drive.....anyway I saw turkeys for .55 per pound. I went to Walmart, the best they had was ,98 per pound, went back to Meijer and got two turkeys, one for the table and one for the freezer. Gotta love a great deal. In my weak defense, both stores are blue and white, it was dark cold and rainy, oh well I tried.
This will be a weird review. 5 stars but I wish it were 4. At Walmart, you can shop in pajamas or practically naked - because it sucks. At Kroger, I feel right at home - great compromise all around. At Meijer, I feel like I need to go home to dress up first because the store is usually immaculate and the staff are first rate. Customer care is wonderful. I almost feel like I don't deserve to be shopping there.

Meijer us always a nice place to shop. It has almost anything you want/need. They usually have some really good sale items. As with most stores today, checking out is the biggest challenge.
I'm absolutely livid over the staffs dismissive attitude toward my Disabled daughters problem with a card she wanted to use . 1st off she's a adult 2nd of all a disability doesn't mean she can't ask a legitimate question about the sale in progress . What gives staff members the right to be clustered around snickering What gives them the right to humiliated and be so condescending
Meijer is an excellent quality store and carries a great variety of similar products. The small downside is that they are a little more expensive than the store across the street but the biggest upside is that even though they sadly stopped being a 24/7 store, at least they have the good marketing sense to stay open an hour later than their competition which is better for those of us stuck on the dreaded soul sucking 2nd shift.
Love the spring flowers. Lots of great summer clothes, cook out supplies & cute things for the garden.
I love Meijer! They have so many good keto options. I love their selection of different butters and cheeses. And I always watch for their sales.
I love Meijer. It's clean. It's stocked. It's convenient. And it doesn't give me the aggravation that I get at Walmart. Best "One Stop Shopping" place in Kokomo.
This place, in my opinion, is basically convenient for me, because it stays open until Midnight. Unfortunately, out of the things CoVid took from me personally was the 24 hours of operation at Wally world Supercenters. By sides that, the prices here are slightly elevated, lack luster selections, overly suspicious-loss prevention members calling in security codes coincidentally to the department that I happened to be shopping in, and the lack of a clearance isle. Given a choice of other places to shop at past 11p this would not place number 1 on my list. Just saying...
