TERRIBLE. I am a travel writer taking a group of travelers to Myanmar and didn't want to deal with booking the details. When I inquired Sam said "Myanmar is a country, right?" I thought he was joking, but sadly her was serious. My travelers would be booking their own international flights as they will be flying in from all over the world. He didn't want to work with me unless he booked my flights. But I didn't want to work with someone who doesn't know if Myanmar is a country. Absolute idiots. Don't use.

Best Travel Agency !  I use them for all my corporate travel! Ask for Sam !
