Memorial Art Monument and Design

Memorial Art Monuments was great to work with after my dad passed. They walked us through some options and different styles of headstones and were flexible when we had a few ideas after the first meeting - putting together additional designs and emailing them over. Their work was flawless and the headstone turned out perfect. Additionally, their prices are competitive and fair. The headstone was also completed and set at the cemetery about a month earlier than expected.

It has been over a year since my grandfather died and his headstone is still not set. My grandmother was originally told it would take 6-8 months. I understand that delays happen, that's not what was upsetting about my experience with this company. What was upsetting was how abrupt and abrasive the woman was that I spoke with when I called to ask for a status update. This was my first time ever calling and she seemed irritated, annoyed and put out that I was even calling. I would highly recommend that they train their employees on phone etiquette especially when their customer base is literally grieving families that just want to have headstones placed for their loved ones. The delay is annoying, but it happens. The way I was treated by this woman was pretty disappointing.

Although their prices seem fair they aren't too friendly or compassionate.... The woman didn't take time to really go over different styles or give many examples she basically said "Slanted or not for a single person?" Just a blah experience

Just ordered a bench from them and the design turned out great, we couldn't be happier. The designer Sheri gave us some great guidance to make it just what we wanted. I checked around for prices and they were really competitive and I think better quality than some others. They worked with the cemetery and then called when it was all installed. So easy and no stress. Would highly recommend them. This is a bench on our family plot section that I hope we will get to use for a long time before we need it!

I called and set up an appointment to visit and they were ready for me. We went through different granite to use for the headstone then they drew up the headstone design on their computer, providing helpful ideas. Their prices were reasonable and they had it installed before Memorial Day I ordered it in February. Overall an excellent experience for a difficult time.

They did a beautiful job with my brother's headstone. It will help us to cherish him for forever!
