They were wonderful to work with. They were so caring and thoughtful. Anything we needed they were able to fix, change, & update. Their makeup artist was so sweet & conscious of my mother. She also was amazing in helping us dress her. Gentle & soft spoken. The hairstylist was just perfect and knew exactly how to recreate my mother's style. Travis was attentive & quickly got what we needed. Their front desk ladies did an excellent job with the program and uploading our photo musical slide show. They were so helpful with anything we needed. They had everything set up in a timely manner & provided everything we need as planned. They guided us throughout the day with so much care and respect. We appreciate their professionalism. In the words of my father, "they were so attentive and treated me like family & old time friends. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided."

Our SON Tyler passed away way to soon. From the very moment Kristina from Wheeler Mortuary was with us every moment. They took extra care in preparing our sons body. They were so professional and very prepared. We love and appreciate all of them so much. They helped make our experience easy to plan. Thank you!

We worked with Wheeler Mortuary recently after the passing of my mother and they were amazing. They were so easy to work with and handled a lot of details for us. They are very experienced in this field and helped walk my family through all of the unknowns of the process. Sean was a great funeral director. During the funeral proceedings and graveside service, he was very kind and understanding. He provided some great direction in a respectful manner. Amanda in the back office was also great. She helped design the actual printed program that was used during the funeral. She took minutes to design and create what would have taken our family hours and hours to do. Note that the Springville and Mapleton locations are the same company but they have a Mapleton or Springville location as a convenience to their customers when hosting a viewing.

My family has trusted Wheeler Mortuary for over 50 years. When my mom recently passed away, Scott and the rest of the staff was very helpful and professional in making the memorial and burial part of the process as smooth as could be which allowed me more time to process and grieve.

Worst possible service imaginable! Did not receive our mothers cremated remains for over 3 weeks which delayed her service and was agonizing to our entire family. Did not receive the certified death certificates for over 3 weeks which delayed our ability to finalize her estate and other legal manners. Would not respond to repeated phone calls - very unprofessional. Would never utilize this funeral home again.

They preformed the service for my grandma's viewing and funeral. It was very beautiful and the video they made honoring my grandma's life was so special. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone.

Nick Wheeler handled my fathers arrangements with such respect, we were very grateful. Every aspect of the funeral and viewing was perfect.

My grandma choked on some air so I asked the lady if she had a cup of water for my grandma, she did even better & got my grandma not 1 but 2 travel sized waterbottles that could be packed to the graveside easily. Very kind & thoughtful.
